Within 5 minutes you can be in (or on the beach of) Calpe or Moraira and within 25 minutes you will be in Benidorm.
You can do some sunbathing under the Spanish sun and relax in the spacious (covered) outside kitchen with beautiful sea view. During the evening you can enjoy the Spanish wine and some meat or fish on the BBQ by the terrace lights. Would you rather go out to dinner? No problem! Already on your way to the nearby villages you will encounter numerous restaurants to take care of your inner self. It would be nice to try out all different kind of cooking. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Valencia is the home of paella, and this area has white sandy beaches, with the mountains rolling away to the sea. The city of Valencia blends Roman and Gothic architecture with ultra-modern constructions, and is an increasingly popular destination. The city is set upon the Costa del Azahar, quieter than the Costa Blanca to the south, with vast stretches of orange groves and sandy beaches.
Altea / Altea Hills area
Altea Hills is a prestigious area with luxurious villa's. As just 500 metres away is the Don Cayo golf club with a wonderful course on the tendrils of the Sierra Bernia mountain chain. The course is 3.078 meters long in total and has a number of very difficult holes but also less difficult ones (with a view of the sea!). Altea, Javea, Moraira, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm are in the neighbourhood. And the beach is also not too far away.
OTHER FEATURES: The theme park TERRA MITICA is within easy motoring distance (a short hop down AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia (swim-park; website available on request) and MundoMar (dolphins) outside Benidorm. The fabulous new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia make a spectacular day's outing in this beautiful city.

Extra costs: - bed linen and towels ad € 8,- per person - obligatory final cleaning of the accommodation € 150,-
Booking conditions 1. Requests for reservation can be made by writing, telephone, via e-mail or in person at the booking agency. Upon receipt of the down payment on our account (30% of the total due) your booking becomes definite. 2. The balance of the total owed must be received by the lessor within 28 days before the start of the rental period. After notice has been served, late payment can lead to the lessor cancelling the contract; money paid until then will not be refunded. 3. Any booking made within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period will have to be paid in full immediately as will be any required safety deposit. 4. A safety deposit may be required of € 300,-. 5. The safety deposit will be fully refunded 8 days after expiration of the rental period. However in the case of damage to or neglect of the property, the lessor will pay such costs out of the safety deposit. Breakage, loss or damage as such need to be reported immediately to the lessor. 6. Families have our preferences. 7. Until 60 days prior to its start, the tenant may cancel the rental contract by written statement. At least 30% of payment on account will remain with the lessor. Any cancellation within these 60 days prior to the start of its rental period, will result in full payment being due to the lessor. 8. In case of force majeur, war, strikes, or natural catastrophe, the lessor can cancel the booking. Any payment made will be fully refunded.
