Brand new luxury 2 bedroom, first floor corner apartment located in the stunning "La Reserve" area of Punta de Mascarat in Altea and close to the Luis Campomanes Sports Marina. The property has excellent panoramic views of the area.

Here the properties are surrounded by a protected nature area, isolating them from the surroundings and ensuring that an air of peace and quiet prevail. Thanks to its location there are spectacularly beautiful views over the bay of Altea, providing an incredible backdrop to a location which is entirely unique. This is an especially inviting complex surrounded by gardens that invite residents to take leisurely strolls around the area and enjoy wonderful views over the sea.

There is a lift in the apartment building providing access to pool, garden & parking.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Altea / Punta de Mascarat area

Altea is a picturesque little fishing village tucked amongst the cliffs. It has a mutitude of steep narrow streets full of tempting craft shops, boutiques, bars and bougainvillea tumbling down from the blue-domed church to the attractive palm-lined esplanade. Here you can try out watersports or visit the famous Tuesday market on the seafront. Due to the spectacular scenery, it is patronised by the artistic community, which is evident in the abundance of art shops and galleries.

Mascarat Beach is located in Punta del Mascarat. The northern dike of the yacht marine shape an excellent inlet for bathing. Beach with boulders, clean waters and good sea depth for diving. Here you can also visit the Marina Altea Club Nautico.

More beautiful sandy beaches are just a 10 minute drive along the coast to Calpe, where you will also find shops, bars & resturaunts.

View Alicante from the dizzy heights of the ancient Castillo de Santa Barbara, then take an evening stroll along the palmshaded Explanada, stopping off for tapas and Paella Valenciana (the local speciality)
Find a fiesta and join the party, whether it’s a mock battle between Christians and Moors, or Fallas (bonfires) where giant effigies are paraded and burnt Join Romans, Ancient Greeks and Egyptians at the spectacular “World of Myth” Terra Mitica theme park
Head to the cool Sierra de Aitana mountains and visit the mighty Moorish castle of Guadalest
Splash out at Aqualandia – Benidorm’s biggest and best-known water park
