The "Nicola" apartment is situated in the Villa Gadea development , which is adjacent to the beach, about 3k from Altea and 7k from Calpe. The original “Villa Gadea” was a manor house that has recently been fully refurbished and converted into a cultural museum.
The former grounds now house a 5* Hotel and the 260 apartments and bungalows that is now known as “Villa Gadea”. The apartments and bungalows are set in a semi tropical environment. Swimming pools have been liberally sprinkled in the grounds and Palm trees, Bougainvillea, Hibiscus and Jasmine abound.
This apartment is excellent for couples or a small family looking for a luxurious stay in a beautiful area. The sandy shores, spectacular sea views and comfortable accommodation make this apartment a key component for the perfect holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca extends along that section of the Mediterranean coast which corresponds to the province of Alicante, is made up of two clearly differentiated scenic sectors. To the North, a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea, descending at times to form cliffs; to the South, a vast plain of sand patches, palm trees and salt deposits make up the backdrop for the beaches.
The temperatures are usually warm with the annual average a little higher than 18ºC. However this can vary between seasons from a very warm 30º-35ºC during July and August to a milder 15º-20ºC in those so called winter months. Rain is of course very scarce.
Altea area
Altea is located on Spain's "White Coast" in the Spanish region of Valencia. Together with its neighbour Albir, Altea is without doubt one of the most charming towns to be found in the Costa Blanca. If you want all night discos and the bright city lights on your holiday, give these towns a miss!! Altea is a holiday haven for the more discerning tourist who will be enthralled by its medieval cobbled streets, its picture book old quarter and the delightful palm-fringed seafront esplanade.
Altea's wealth of bars, street cafes and excellent restaurants mean you will never be short of somewhere to go in the evenings. The bars stay open until the early hours in the summer months - or until the last person is ready to leave.
