The spacious villa is set on two levels and gives luxury accommodation for 8, 12 or 16 people with an upper floor having 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms which will sleep 8 people and a lower floor, completely self contained with two bedrooms and a family bedroom sleeping a further 8 people. Set in a plot of 7000 square meters with landscaped gardens and fantastic sea and mountain views, this property will be enjoyed by all ages throughout the year.
Beautiful furniture compliments the house throughout and there are lots of furnished terraces and a roof terrace to take in the amazing views all around. Hot and cold air conditioning is installed as well as full SKY TV to be enjoyed. The villa is in a superb setting with the most fantastic views from all rooms and terraces.
For your stay a full WIFI system has been installed that covers both floors of the villa including the terraces, swimming pool and BBQ areas.

The upper floor of this villa is very spacious and has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite with two additional shower rooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and doors leading to a terrace. There is a large kitchen with appliances and plenty of cupboard space and is fully equipped for your stay. The separate dining room seats 6 plus there is an additional dining table for a further 6 people.
The lounge is spacious with large flat screen TV with SKY and a feature fireplace and doors opening to a further lounge with comfortable sofas, additional dining table and sliding doors all around opening in the summer months and providing a conservatory style room for the winter months. A terrace leads off to both sides from this room. Both hot and cold air conditioning is installed in all rooms on this floor and every room has a stunning view of the sea, mountains and skyline of Benidorm.
The lower floor which is completely self contained or can be accessed via steps leading from the terraces, has a large lounge area with new and very modern fitted kitchen. There is a large flat screen TV also with SKY and there are three bedrooms. One bedroom, which is a double room has en-suite facilities, there is a twin bedroom and a family room with twin beds plus a double bed also a separate shower room services this floor. The lower floor is ideal for anyone with walking difficulties as all garden areas can be accessed without the necessity of using steps.

Electric gates open from the road to reveal a large sweeping driveway all around this property with plenty of secured parking. Steps lead up to the front door of the main villa. All bedrooms on the main floor have doors leading out to terraces which are furnished with tables and chairs and loungers.
The lower floor has doors leading to a very large covered terrace again fully furnished with plenty of seating and table to ensure everyone can dine together. The pool area has lots of space to soak up the sun in the sun loungers provided and the pool is a good sized kidney shape pool. A full BBQ and seating area is located just to the side. The villa is set in a plot of over 7000 square meters leaving a large area planted to palms, fruiting trees and tropical shrubs. The tennis court is located close to the entrance gates. The views from all outside areas are fantastic.

This villa is ideal for all ages and caters well to anyone with walking difficulties as the lower floor is all on one level and has easy access to the garden and pool. Although the lower floor is accessible by wheelchair users, the interior is only suitable for occasional wheelchair use.
Bed linen & Towels are provided. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels only.

The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive using the AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible.
Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival. The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by. The Santa Barbara castle is wonderfully lit at night and is host to the many concerts and firework displays to mark celebrations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships and typically Spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food.
The resort of Albir just 10 minutes by car south of this property - take a walk along the lovely promenade between Altea and Albir, popular amongst tourists, for a morning or evening stroll. The fishing town of Calpe is superb to visit and renowned for its fish restaurants selling the catches of the day. Just 20 minutes south is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see their homes when out at sea. Benidorm beaches and nightlife can easily be reached by car, taxi or local bus service.
The Altea / El Planet area
El Planet is situated just a short distance between Altea and Albir. Both towns are easily accessed.
Altea itself is a typically spanish town with white washed houses in the old town, cobbled streets and a fantastic church and town square surrounded by restaurants, cafe bars, shops selling local crafts and paintings and wonderful views. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance from this property including the promenade which offers more restaurants and shops and also links to the promenade of Albir which provides a lovely walk.
For the more energetic there is a stunning walk to the lighthouse which gives views to Benidorm and Calpe and its famous landmark rock the Peñon de Ifach. The Don Cayo Golf Club is within a 15 minute drive from the property and there are many other courses to be played all less than 1 hours drive and include La Sella, Las Olivas, Golf Ifach, Villa Aitana/La Faula, Las Rejas, Bonalba Golf, Alicante Golf and Alenda Golf. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm held usually the first week in July with famous actors and actresses attending - a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir on a large screen for all to enjoy.
The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Terra Natura, Mundo Mar and AquaNatura are just a short distance away. There are fabulous mountain walks to explore and the tourist attractions of Guadalest with its town and castle set high on a mountain and why not swim in the water falls at Callosa. We are able to organise any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, boat hire, fishing trips, quad bike hire, bicycles, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require.

Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the signs to Altea on the N332. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Albir, you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station.
An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental although a car is not essential at this property. Alternative airport is Valencia which is just 1 hour 20 minutes from this property - check out flight offers and bargains available with your local low cost airline.

The villa is really worth to stay at, especially for big companies. We were 8 adults with 4 kids, and there were lot of place for all as - we don't bother each other. 2 kitchens and 7 bathrooms are very useful to keep some privacy between families. Territory is also great - orange trees are nice toys for children picking up oranges, tennis court is nice for parents - playing different ball games. The pool is big and deep enough to fit all the guests. Also many car parking places can help you easily to drive in and out without disturbing other drivers. The place is also great: it is very quiet, sunny, overlooking the sea and mountains, close to supermarkets and other shops, 1km by foot to nice pebble beach or 10km by car to great sandy beach of Benidorm. But there are some problems that really can't spoil the holiday, but make you to feel some disturbed. Here is the list: - There is only one big umbrella near the pool, only a couple of people can hide from sunburns; - Electricity and hot water are disappearing sometimes - once a week; - Not all the outdoor lights and shutters are working; - Neighbour peacocks are crying very loudly, especially at dawn; - Aircons are paid by 1 Euro coins only - enough only for 2 hours. Some words about the management - they are really strange. The people seem to be very nice and helpful, but when it comes to money it looks like spanish car rental habit to make you pay for full tank of fuel with higher prices and full-to-empty policy. Yes, they really made a good discount for us, but they have tried to take 25 Euro extra to meet us after our plane was late (we agreed to pay 25 Euro for meeting in office out of working hours, but they extorted more). Also they distracted 50 Euro for one tile damaged (we have checked the villa prior to departure and found no damages), and 50 Euro more for some extra cleaning and laundry (it was said that final cleaning is included in the price, but the villa guide they give to you says you have to clean everything by yourself, and we did it). As for aircons - usually we paid 5 Euro per day per aircon, but here it seems some more expensive - about 10-12 Euro per day. Also it seems they are cleaning all the food left from other renters - maybe in order to make you buy welcome packs, so you have to visit supermarket before you go to villa - there's really absolutely nothing to drink or to eat, no garbage bags, laundry detergent, other stuff. I have met such strange behaviour for the first time, and is very intersted if next renters receive everything we have left: tea, sugar, cookies, etc? |

Please note that bookings for 16 people will have access to both floors of the villa. When a booking is made for 12 people, the family room on the lower floor will not be available. Bookings for 8 people will only have access to the upper floor of the villa. During peak seasons, we charge for use of the entire villa and therefore this will be available to all guests regardless of the number of people staying.
A 20% deposit (minimum 250€uros) will secure your dates with the balance payable 56 days before your arrival. The advertised price includes both departure clean and laundry charges. For 2 week bookings a mini mid stay clean and laundry is also included.
A 500€uros refundable Damage Deposit will be required.
Payments are accepted by Credit/Debit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property.
WIFI is available for a supplement of 20€uros per week, discounts offered for 2 or more weeks, please book in advance.
