We are located in Alta Badia, 1,430 m above the sea and only few minutes walk from La Villa center, a beautiful and characteristic ladin village. This is a well-known area for both the tranquility and proximity to many opportunities offered by Dolomites and the famous skiarea “Dolomiti Superski”. All our spacious and sunny suites are ideal from 2 guests, they are elegantly furnished with furniture and wooden floors and they allow you to spend an unforgettable holiday!

Each accommodation has fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, TV Sat, ski-room with key and... a large and panoramic balcony with a wonderful view of the Dolomites.
Our guests have free access to all internal and external amenities services: indoor pool, Finnish sauna, UVA solarium, fitness area, bowls camp, tennis table, outdoor area and playroom for children, private garden with chairs and deckchairs, barbecue and so on.
The residence has a lift, laundry/ironing rooms, private parking and free shuttle for moving on site (towards the skilift or in center village).
For unforgettable moments of relaxation there is a typical "stube corner” with comfortable benches and large video LCD. On request (optional) you can make beauty treatments, personalized massages, horseback riding and hiking trails of varying type and difficulty.
We guarantee the transparency of price lists, there are no surcharges payable locally and they always include:
- all consumption of the accommodation (electricity, water and heating)
- bed linen, replaced each week
- bath linen, replaced twice a week
- kitchen linen, replaced twice a week
- an appreciated daily maid service (excluded kitchenette)
- final cleaning and reorganization of the accommodation.

For unforgettable moments of relaxation there is a warm and typical “stube” corner furnished with comfortable wooden benches and a large LCD TV. The residence has a free shuttle for local travel, to skilifts or center village.
The property has a reception, laundry/ironing, lift and private parking for cars.

Conditions
Cancellations are accepted only in written form (letter, telegram, fax or email).
The penalties are:
- 30% of the rental from 30° to 21° day before beginning of stay
- 50% of the rental from 20° to 9° day before beginning of stay
- 75% of the rental from 10° to 4° day before beginning of stay
- 100% of rental from 3° day before beginning of stay or no-show

The Alta Badia area
La Villa in Badia: 1 castle, 2 natural parks, 1 famous ski slope.
La Villa (1.430 m) is a small village located in the Dolomites of South Tyrol, at the foot of the Gardenazza and the Piz La Ila plateau bordering the two natural parks of Puez Odle and Fanes Sennes Braies and it's dominated by “Ciastel Colz”, an old manor house.
A large choice of accommodation and sport infrastructures make La Villa to a beloved alpine tourist resort in summer as well as in winter. The wide, gentle slope makes the village as the ideal destination especially for families with children.
Every December La Villa hosts the Alpine Ski World Cup the Gran Risa slope - one of the most technical slopes of the entire Alpine arc.
