This luxury 3 bedroomed villa is furnished to a high standard and has wonderful sea and mountain views. It is set in a mature garden with beautiful bougainvillea shrubs and hedges.
The 9 by 4 mtr. pool is shielded by lantana hedges, jasmine and bougainvillea giving privacy. There is a very private lower lounge patio for sunbathing and relaxing on. Tables and chairs on patios, sunbeds and umbrellas for pool use are provided.

The Kyrenia District
This is a beautiful area with plenty to see. The Kyrenian Mountains can be seen in all their glory by driving on a safe road across the top from St Hilarion to Kozan.
Karaman ( Karmi ) village should be visited to see the views and quaint houses.. Abbeys and castles abound. Picturesque Kyrenia with its shops, harbour, restaurants and castle is a must
Many safe beaches are to be found in the area for swimming and watersports.
Alsancak area
There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, Turkish, Chinese, Indian and European in Alsancak and nearby Lapta. Also take-aways including fish and chips ! Riverside Holiday Village has eating and drinking facilities and a children's pool with water slides etc is only 10 minutes walk away. There is a superb water park in Lapta Towards Kyrenia, Kervansary has a wonderful restaurant overlooking the sea which gives a fantastic view of the beautiful sunsets. Supermarkets are within easy walking distance of Bougan Villa.

Fly to Ercan via Turkey Fly to Larnaca Easy taxi arrangements from either airport to Bougan Villa and return. Car hire available.
