About the home

An extremely tasteful and spacious open plan interior awaits our guests. 4 large bedrooms and 1 sofa bedroom all with beautiful views.
Master with terrace overlooking mountains and sea view, king size bed and en-suite. Spacious lounge with L shaped sofa and 32" flat screen TV with Satellite Dining for 12 with views of the pool.
Lovely garden overlooking the sea and mountains. Downstairs WC.

The Kyrenia region

With over 300 days of sunshine per year Kyrenia offers visitors an ideal base to enjoy the many attractions. Crusader castles, beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters and fine local cuisine.
The area is steeped in history which makes for great sightseeing.

Equally there are plenty of beaches to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Driving is easy -same side as UK. North Cyprus is a non- Euro Zone so you will find prices in Turkish lira favourable.

The Alsancak area

Alsancak is one of the most favoured locations in the Kyrenia area, with a good selection of beaches, beach clubs, shops and restaurants. The Ada Beach Hotel is a short drive away, with sandy beach, shallow waters and watersports. There are number of large supermarkets and minimarkets within a short drive. A car is essential to fully enjoy your holiday. Alsancak village offers a view of traditional Cypriot life with local restaurants serving fresh local produce. Attractions such as Bellapais Abbey, Kyrenia Castle and St Hilarion Castle are all within reasonable distance.

Flights available with Turkish Airlines, AtlasJet, Pegasus in to Ercan ( TRNC) airport. Transfer to villa is only 25 minutes.
Flights available with British Airways, Cyprus Airlines, Easyjet, Monach and Thomas Cook to Larnaca ( ROC). Transfer to villa is 90 minutes.
Car hire and transfers can be arranged.

“Highly recommended” If you are looking for a genuine Cypriot experience in a beautiful place and villa then Four Season Villa is for you. Set in a beautiful position with a far reaching and superb view of the countryside surrounding the village.. The villa is comfortable and a great place to relax and wind down.I would highly recommend the villa to both familys, and groups of up to 6, The villa is one of the best i have stayed in and meant that we had a great stay on the island.Dont forget to go to the Ada Beach Hotel and take the advantage to use it with our discount and free entrance...A great place to relax, we'll be going back to Four Seasons Villa.

“you must stay this spacious villa” my name is Zafer Barutlardan..we stayed there 3 couples and enjoyed it very much. the villa is exceptionnaly spacious , very nice view ,best sunset I've ever seen. it is very good location, only 10 min. to the center of Kyrenia. we also took the advantage to use Ada Beach Hotel with our discount and free entrance . Very nice beaches and very tasteful food! as we were very pleased from the villa , it became like our second home . we were there for New-Year and X-mas for one week from 24 December 2012 - 2nd January 2013. also we made our reservations for October 2013 from now. i suggest everyone to go and stay at the villa! and have a nice HOLIDAY HOME!

“Pictures can be deceiving” On booking the company took £991.47 for the £950.00 charge and refused to refund the difference and passed it off as a service charge due to the exchange rates used. This was argued and argued and after saying we would cancel they finally conceded to give me back the difference when I left the villa. On arrival we were greeted and then driven to the villa. The villa is one of 4 completed on a whole building site. No roads, but luckily we all had 4x4 so managed the dirt tracks fine. A huge step from the car to the pathway (which my 3 year old could not manage) The pathway covered with screws and broken metal. Into the villa which was filthy, this was pointed out and the lady just laughed and handed me back the broken glass found on the floor. We then paid our security deposit and were told that we would get 50 kw of elec. Asked how they measure it and they then had to fit a meter. Checked the meter on a daily basis and when house was empty it used 10 kw on the pool and fridge alone. Asked them how they thought 50 was a reasonable amount for 12 people for a week. At a previous property we were allocated 700 kw. We cleaned the house ourselves and found hairs in every shower along with sand and even a used sanitary pad on top of the cabinet in the bathroom. Complained again to be told the cleaner would come back and they never did. We were instructed to leave all rubbish outside the gate and these were promptly attacked by rats and stray cats. Leaving nappies and waste food scattered outside our Villa. The pool was really rough on the sides and all the children cut their feet and hands on the tiles. We made the best we could and met with the lady on departure to check the house over. It was cleaner than when we arrived. We were then told that our 200 kw of elec used would be charged at 224TL. This equals £79 FOR A WEEK. On checking a web site for avg North Cyprus elec charges they said an avg house should spend £15 PER MONTH. Rip off merchants. We argued and finally the amount was adjusted to be included. We then had to argue for the refund of the security deposit was they could not understand why I wanted 100TL more than I already paid. Explained for over an hour that this was the overpayment when booked. Asked was I happy with the service and would I come back and I can happily say that I love North Cyprus but will never stay there again and will never use Holiday Lettings again. From now on I will go back to Amy Villas.
