Only a 5 minute drive from the famous Escape Beach, with many stylish restaurants close by this is an ideal location from which to enjoy the many attractions of Northern Cyprus.
The villa is tastefully appointed and comprises a large open plan lounge with stone fireplace and double doors opening onto beautifully landscaped gardens, patio and raised pool area. The pergola with tiled roof and barbeque provide shaded alfresco dining. The dining kitchen has a terrace and garden area with panoramic views sloping down to the sea and overlooks a verdant ravine which provides privacy under the shade of an olive tree. There is a toilet and washbasin on the ground floor.
The curved staircase with distinctive cast iron balustrade and vaulted ceiling leads to 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large terrace with sea views, an en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet, double bed and fitted wardrobes. The second and third twin bedrooms share the bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. And fitted wardrobes. The lounge and all bedrooms have air conditioning. There is private parking.

The Kyrenia District
North Cyprus is one of the few relatively uncommercial areas left in the Mediterranean. Its natural beauty will leave you breathless, whether it is the range of mountains running parallel to the coast or the wild flowers that grow at their best in spring. Crusader castles perch on three of the Kyrenia mountain peaks and offer views reaching far across the land and sea on a clear day. Swimming is excellent, either from maintained hotel beaches, where a minimal charge is made for use of sun-beds and umbrella, or from deserted beaches further afield in clear waters rarely seen in the Mediterranean.
With beautiful, hot sunny weather and sparkling waters, Northern Cyprus is the perfect holiday desination for all. It is tranquil and unspolit by mass tourism, yet at the same time there is something for the most adventurous traveller. Kyrenia is beautiful and calm, with white washed houses and Byzantine Castles, and during the night, the locals have a stroll and the tasteful bars and restaurants come to life.
Alsancak area
This village has something to offer everyone with its spectacular views, authentic village atmosphere and easy access to the beaches and restaurants. There are a couple of wells-stocked mini markets for all your supplies. It is approximately 6 miles west of Kyrenia / Girne with its pretty old harbour and shops.
Located near the Escape Beach, this is the perfect area for Mediterrenean sun and white sands, sparkling calm, clean and clear waters, so snorkelling is very safe. You can be taken out in a boat with the locals and have a lovely days snorkelling. There are many fine restaurants and delicious seafood to be eaten. Try the local delicacies and most of all enjoy your relaxing holiday!
How to get there
Flights into Ercan airport, the main airport serving North Cyprus. Our preferred airline is Cyprus Turkish Airlines, also known as CTA.
Alternatively, it is now possible for EU citizens to fly into Larnaca, South Cyprus and travel across the border to holiday in the North. Airlines such as British Airways and Cyprus Airways offer a varied timetable.
