This 3 bedroom luxury villa is set around fabulous mountain and sea views and has its own private swimming pool. The villa sleeps up to 6 with one master bedroom with en-suite and private balcony, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. These two bedrooms have a shared balcony. There is also a large family bathroom on the same floor. The property has air-conditioning with extra electric fans and fly screens to aid the flow of cool air in the summer. All this ensures that the bedrooms upstairs and the lounge and dining areas downstairs ensure you can relax, rest and sleep with a calm cool reassurance.
Outside is a private swimming pool and outdoor shower with large BBQ area. The pool area is fully equipped with cushioned sun beds and outdoor table and chairs.The terraces offer enough room to give you the option to sunbathe or retire to the shade. The gardens are pleasant and the private driveway is large enough for two cars.

Kyrenia Harbour is 15 minutes drive with some breathtaking views of the sea, ancient harbour and castle, whilst also offering fantastic bars, tavernas, casinos and restaurants. For those who love shopping the many winding harbour town streets offer a full diversity of the most modern Boutique and quaint Turkish shops. Escape Water Sports and Beach Club is at the bottom of the hill and the monument situated directly above it on the road can be viewed from the villa balconies. The villa is close to supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and local amenities.

The villa has marble floors throughout with granite work surfaces in the fitted kitchen. The ground floor is open plan providing you with a huge entertainment area which opens out onto the large child friendly terrace and 9' x 4' pool including Roman steps access. The villa is furnished to a very high standard including large dining table, a 2 and 3 seat sofa combination, LCD Satellite TV and DVD.
There is an en-suite shower room in the Master bedroom in addition to the 2 further bathrooms situated on both floors. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes, side drawers, side lamps, fans and fly screens. All 3 bedrooms benefit from a private terrace with both mountain and jaw dropping Mediterranean sea views.
This villa may also be let in conjunction with a Ground floor 2 bed Apartment on Cyprus Cove, (Holiday Lettings Reference number 148584) situated on the outskirts of Alsancak and Lapta a 5 minute drive away. This maybe of interest to larger family groups or families holidaying together.

Further details
20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid not less than 6 weeks where appropriate prior to commencement of letting together with a £200 security bond.
The rental price does not include any excessive water or electricity usage and this will be assessed at the end of your stay by the key holder using the meter systems. Any additional excessive usage will be taken from the bond.
The bond will be returned within 14 days of departure subject to an appropriate deduction in respect of any damage, breakages or additional electricity/water usage reported to us by our managing agents.
Additional letting days can be booked on a daily rate.
Rates are negotiable for bookings of 4 weeks or more.

The Kyrenia region
North Cyprus is one of the few relatively non tourist areas left in the Mediterranean. Its natural beauty will leave you breathless, whether it is the range of mountains running parallel to the coast or the wild flowers that grow at their best in spring. Crusader castles perch on three of the Kyrenia mountain peaks and offer views reaching far across the land and sea on a clear day. Swimming is excellent, either from maintained hotel beaches, where a minimal charge is made for the use of sun-beds and umbrella, or from deserted beaches further afield in clear waters rarely seen in the Mediterranean.
With beautiful, hot sunny weather and sparkling waters, Northern Cyprus is the perfect holiday desination for everyone. It is tranquil and unspolit by mass tourism, yet at the same time there is something for the most adventurous traveller. Kyrenia is beautiful and calm, with white washed houses and Byzantine Castles, and during the night, the locals have a stroll and the tasteful bars and restaurants come to life
Cyprus registers itself as the sunniest island in the Mediterranean with over 300 days sunshine each year. Winters are mild, spring arrives in February and temperatures can reach into the 70s as early as March. Sea temperatures hardly ever fall below 16°C.
The Alsancak area
This village has something to offer everyone with its spectacular views, authentic village atmosphere and easy access to the beaches and restaurants. There is a choice of supermarkets a short drive away. It is approximately 4 miles west of Kyrenia / Girne with its pretty old harbour and shops.
Located near the Escape Beach, this is the perfect area for Mediterrenean sun and white sands, sparkling calm, clean and clear waters, so snorkelling is very safe. You can be taken out in a boat with the locals and have a lovely days snorkelling. There are many sophisticated restaurants offering fine cuisine from delicious seafood, Italian, Chinese and Indian food.
Alsancak is a beautiful tranquil village nestled in the foothills of the mountains. From pine clad mountains to fertile plain Alsancak is home to some of the most popular holiday accommodation on the island. Also near to Alsancak is the Escape Beach, a beautiful sandy beach which is clean and well protected making it an ideal location for children ( a small fee is required). Situated on the Karpaz Peninsular are additional sandy beaches with crystal clear warm waters - another main feature which attracts many tourists to North Cyprus. Like many of the beaches on the island a small fee is payable when using the beach and its facilities. Another popular family beach can be found at the Deniz Kizi, a variety of water sports are on offer here, including, windsurfing, parascending, water skiing and inflatable fun rafts for children. Jet skis are also available for hire.
The village itself has several popular Turkish Cypriot Restaurants serving a variety of local dishes and fine wines including mezes whilst listening to the sounds of the traditional folklore! The newly opened local supermarket, Atakara, offers a wide range of food and household supplies with friendly staff willing to help.
If you wish to travel by Dolmus (local bus), they offer a frequent service from the main road offering a cheap mode of transport.

Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to learn that North Cyprus has now opened its first golf course. The Esentepe Golf and Country Club is not just the first 18 hole golf course in North Cyprus, but a truly international course designed to the highest standards. The course covers some 6600 yards with elegant greens, tricky sand bunkers and water hazards and is set amongst olive trees with the natural beauty of the Northern Cyprus Kyrenia Mountains as a stunning backdrop. For the children, there are excellent water slides at the Acapulco Beach Hotel and Riverside Holiday Village which are both a short minute drive away. As a non-resident, you pay a small fee per person and the facilities are yours to enjoy throughout the day. There is also a great new waterpark that has opened in Lapta.

Visa requirements:
The citizens of European Union (EU) nations, Turkey, USA, Canada, Mexico, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand do not require a visa.
No visa is required for a stay of up to one month for all bona fide tourists nationals of countries listed above. Extensions to stay beyond one month can be arranged in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus at local police stations.
All other nationals should check their position with regard to passports and visas with the nearest Embassy or Office of Representative of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
Visitors who do not wish to have their passports stamped by the authorities on arrival in Northern Cyprus may request a stamped visa form which is loosely inserted into the passport and removed upon departure

From start to finish I enjoyed the whole experience. After making an enquirey regarding availability on the Thursday I was contacted by the owner within hours and agreed dates and terms booked flight and arrived on the following Monday morning. I was met by the key holder on arrival and given a comprehensive introduction to the property and local amenities. The property was well equipped with everything that you would find in your own home and for the family visiting with children child safe plastic plates, cups and glasses. House rules applied but were only for the benefit of the visitor. You can breakfast outside on the terrace to the side in the sun or in shade on the terrace to the rear. The property is on a small estate with friendly English full time residents who I am sure would assist should a problem occur. At the rear of the property you have an unspoilt panoramic view over the coastline and the Mediteranean - well worth waking up to. Well stocked shops, restaurants and superb beaches are close by but you will need a car. Although they were not called upon I had contact numbers for both owner and key holder and know that assistance would have been given if needed. There is also a useful book at the Villa of tips on where to go and what to do. From the moment I arrived I was able to relax and enjoy a well earned break the only disappointing aspect was having to leave |

My boyfriend and I stayed in this villa in August 2011 for 10 days, the owner was really flexible and helpful on tips and advice on where to visit in the area. We are a couple in our mid 20's and were looking for a relaxing poolside holiday in an area with good local restaurants and bars, plus nice beaches. The villa couldn't have been more perfect in location. Gorgeous uninterupted views out to sea from the pool and BBQ/patio , and the balconies on the upper level of the villa were perfect for enjoying a drink whilst watching the sunset over the horizon. I would recommend a car for this villa but there are some gorgeous restaurants, bars and beaches within a 5 minute drive down to the waters edge. Or you can drive another 10 minutes into Kyrenia itself. Taxis are also very cheap. The villa itself was immaculate, well equipped, very fresh, modern and clean. The outside area was spacious with loungers, good patio and BBQ area for the evenings, plus the sun was around the pool all day, perfect for tanning. The pool was great, perfect for cooling off and floating in the sun. Patio areas were also well shaded for cooling down over lunch. Overall a fabulous holiday, perfect location, gorgeous well maintained villa, lovely beaches with lots to do only a 5min drive away and beautiful nearby restaurants on the waters edge. I would certainly reccomend Ambiance in particular, the food and setting is stunning, and not too pricey for the quality of food either. But ensure you book as can be very busy!! The owner of the villa is very helpful and friendly, and advised on lots to do!! Thanks for a very memorable holiday!! |
