Villa Tahnezjo is a stylish 3 bedroom villa with fantastic mountain and sea views. It is set near the charming village of Alsancak amongst olive groves. Built in 2005, it has been furnished in a contemporary style throughout.
Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, large lounge, hallway and toilet. The kitchen and lounge each lead out onto terraces, one of which is covered. The villa sleeps 6 with one master bedroom having an en-suite and private balcony. There is also one further double bedroom and a twin which enjoy a shared balcony with fantastic views of the Med. Moreover, there is a fully equipped family bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. The kitchen, lounge and all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.
Outside there is a private 9m x 4m overflow swimming pool with outside shower. The pool area is fully equipped with cushioned sun beds, umbrellas, plus outdoor tables and chairs.
There is also a BBQ for alfresco dining and a covered terrace for essential shade in the hot summer months.
The village centre is just a short walk away and there are a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Two large modern supermarkets sell both fresh local produce and recognised brands within walking distance.
This is the perfect choice for a relaxing break in a chilled location, yet close enough to enjoy all the necessary amenities for a fun filled, family holiday.

The ground floor comprises an entrance hallway leading to a large comfortable lounge which, through two double sets of patio doors, opens onto an impressive covered terrace with a table and chairs. Perfect for relaxing in the hot summer months and 'alfresco'' dining.
The entrance hall also leads to a fully fitted kitchen that opens out onto a second terrace.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. Also one further double and a twin bedroom sharing a balcony with impressive sea views.
All bedrooms have wardrobes, vanity tables, lamps,fans etc
The fully equipped family bathroom has a bath with shower.
Towels and linen are included.
The villa has air conditioning and heating in the lounge, kitchen and all bedrooms.
The fitted kitchen consists of a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. Together with a chilled water dispenser, ample utensils and cookware. There is also a large dining table with 6 wrought iron cushioned chairs.
The lounge contains a TV, DVD and CD player in the lounge with lots of CDs/DVDs to play.
There is also an ipod docking station for your own personal music choice and a Play Station 2 with a selection of games.

The villa is surrounded with a stone wall to ensure privacy. There is a private 9m x 4m overflow swimming pool, shower and a secure gated parking area. The garden has secluded paved areas with a mixture of fruit trees and native plants which provide a wonderful variety of colours at different times of the year.
At night, the exterior of the villa can be fully illuminated. This includes underwater pool lights which help provide a beautiful ambience whilst watching the sun go down.
There are 6 cushioned sun beds with umbrellas, plenty of outdoor tables and chairs.
A gas BBQ is available for outside dining.

Our Villa is maintained locally, so there will always be someone available to assist with any issues you may have during your stay.
We will provide a mid-stay linen change for all guests staying for two weeks at no extra cost.
Please bring own towels for both pool and beach.
Conditions

The Alsancak area
The crystal clear warm waters and sandy beaches are another enticing feature of the Alsancak/Kyrenia region, making it an ideal location for families.
Sea temperatures rarely drop below 16°C and reach a very pleasant 32°C in the summer months; activities such as swimming, snorkeling, sailing and water skiing are very appealing.
For children,in addition to the beach and your private pool there is the Riverside Holiday Village, just a three minute walk from the villa, which has a huge children's pool full of slides. Other local activities include the Water-world Aqua Park, Camelot Beach and Sunset Adventure Park are all approx five minutes away by car.

We visited in October and the weather was marvellous. Villa is in immaculate condition and maintained to a high standard, local people on hand to sort out any problems. Lots of nice places to visit, Kyrenia, Bellapaise, St Hilarion Castle and plenty of lovely restaurants. Local car hire is not expensive and the owners will point you in the right direction, local buses will take you most places at very little cost. Villa contains plenty of literature about places to visit. Overall an enjoyable place to stay and excellent value for money |

This is the second time we have rented this Villa,our stay was very relaxing. lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed visits to Kyrenia,Bellpais Abbey and St Hilarion Castle. Looking forward to returning again soon |

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Northern Cyprus. Villa Tahnezjo was very clean and well equiped; the kitchen cupboards contained all the essentials, there was plenty of bed linen and towels, DVD's, books etc. and the furnishings were lovely. The pool was regularly checked and was brilliant for cooling off. The Villa was a perfect base for exploring Northern Cyprus by car. The Villa is situated in a quiet area with the beautiful mountains as a backdrop yet within walking distance of restaurants, car hire, banks and shops. |

Prices are based per stay on a basis of one/two people, up to a maximum of six people sharing.
A mid-stay linen and towel change is provided for guests staying two weeks. We offer this service at no extra cost
A 'welcome pack' is available for £25.00.
Cot(s) can be provided at £20.00 (one week or two)
A deposit of 25% (min £100) of the holiday cost secures the booking. The remainder (75%) must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Moreover, a £100 deposit for breakages is applicable which will be reimbursed 7 days after your return if all is ok.
Payment can be made either by cheque or bank transfer and an email is considered a legal receipt.
We ask you to arrive after 2pm and leave before 11am on the day of departure, to allow sufficient time to clean the property properly.
Note: midweek bookings are acceptable
