This lovely Spanish owned country villa has fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and a large enclosed swimming pool. It is set in its own private grounds with olive trees and some fruit trees. The house is very private and is only five minutes from the town of Orgiva.

The Costa Tropical/Granada region

Costa Tropical lies right at the heart of the Granada coastline, which stretches from the end of Malaga's Costa del Sol until the beginning of the Costa de Almería, making Almuñécar one of the southern Spain's most attractive stretches of coastline. Recently this area has been named the Costa Tropical because of its unique subtropical microclimate due to the close proximity of the High Sierras, where there is the famous ski resort of Sierra Nevada, and the North African Coast Line. The result is a remarkably good climate with very little rain, and ideal growing conditions for a myriad of subtropical fruits and flowers.

Alpujarra de la Sierra / Orgiva area

Safe from the Nevada Sierra, with its small white people by speckling the landscape, Alpujarra extends itself, the ground which the Moors gave up only under the imposition of the weapons. It is perhaps its peculiar architecture, more similar to the one of the North of Africa than to the one of the remainder of Andalusia, which makes of Alpujarra a so special place. Or perhaps its landscape, powdered with almond trees, vines and fruit trees, an authentic orchard created in the medium of two mountains. How to get there

From Granada you only have to take the road to Motril (A-44 / E-902). Later you have to take exit number 164, taking A-348 road to Lanjarón. Go along this road and finally you will find Órgiva.
If you need to rent a car, inside the airport and outside, you will find several companies like HERTZ, AVIS...).
Granada airport has some agreements with low cost airlines.
