This attractive, beautifully refurbished, 3rd floor 35m² studio apartment (living room/dining room is separated by folding room divider) sleeps up to 4/5 persons (5th on single sofa bed, recommend small person).
There is lift access to all floors, private off road parking available with a ski locker located in the reception area so there is no need to carry your ski equipment in the apartment.
Apartment is situated on the 3rd floor. The entrance of the apartment has steps leading down to the open plan fully fitted kitchen & living/dining area which was recently refurbished. This lounge/diner leads onto a sunny south facing balcony with fantastic views, perfect for unwinding after a hard day on the slopes.
Separate bathroom, toilet and storage cupboard and hanging space for clothing leading off from the entrance staircase.
There is a folding dining table which seats 6 people, in the living area there is seating for 6 people, cupboards and draw storage of clothing, bedding and personal items, flat screen TV with DVD player (free view French channels only) with a selection of DVD's and a CD/Radio.
Seating/sleeping comprises of 2 very comfortable double sofa beds & one single sofa bed. This studio apartment has a dividing screen which you can pull across at night which then creates two private bedroom areas.
The apartment boasts an excellent location in the sort after Le Cognet area at top of the resort with just a few minutes walk from the shops, bars, ice skating rink, heated outdoor pool, leisure centre, all amenities, supermarkets and ski lifts to main lift stations.
Ski In & Out of the apartment from Le Signal Piste behind the apartment. Ideal for those who do do want to carry equipment around the resort.
Apartment is located in Le Cognet area (at the bottom of Le Signal piste) which is in the heart of Alpe D'Huez
All resort amenities, restaurants, bars etc are within a few minutes walk and only 10 mins walking distance to Alpe D'Huez's second commercial area Les Bergers, where you will find more shops and bars.
Apartment has private off rd parking available on request at no extra charge.
Perfectly located to see all the action for Le Tour de France as riders go past the balcony a the top stage.

Stunning panoramic views over the Romanche valley and a balcony which becomes a serious South facing sun trap, the apartment is ideally situated 5 min walk from the centre of the resort and 3 min from the nearest ski lift and ski-in ski-out from the piste behind the apartments, ideal for anyone who hates to carry their ski's or board.
For summer use the apartment is ideally situated to see the famous races go past the balcony and to access all the resort mountain and road routes.
*Please note that guests are required to bring their own Bath Towels, Tea Towels, duvet covers and pillow cases, however DUVETS AND PILLOWS ARE PROVIDED.
PLEASE NOTE - To improve the service we offer you are now no longer responsible for the cleaning of the apartment after your holiday. We do however ask that you you remove all your rubbish, clean all dirty pots and pans and tidy away the bedding etc.
The apartment will be checked on your departure by our French agent, if there is damage to property or items broken/lost the costs will be levied against your security deposit. Please report any issues directly, we accept that little things do get accidentally damaged sometimes.
A mop/bucket and vacuum cleaner are provided. Cleaning cloths, detergents, toilet rolls are usually left over from previous guests. We ask guests to replenish and leave for next guests as a way of ensuring there is always a starter supply.
Please note, change overs days are on Saturday (unless agreed otherwise)
Apartment available from 3 pm. Check Out is 10 am unless otherwise agreed.

* A 50% deposit will secure the booking except peak weeks where full payment needed.
* Full payment is due 4 weeks before departure complete with £100 fully refundable breakage/cleaning deposit.
* Keys will be sent to you in the UK before departure or arrangements made for you to collect keys in resort if appropriate.
The Rhone/French Alps region
Famous for its exceptionally sunny weather and location opposite the Mont Blanc summit, Alpe d?Huez offers majestic, energising views that are breathtaking all year round!
The youthful, exciting resort has a wide range of activities to be enjoyed among family and friends.
The Grandes Rousses Massif is a ski area which is accessible to all and presents a splendid view.
For local shopping the nearest supermarket/restaurants/bank/bars are situated around the Avenue des Juex, 150 m away.
The Alpe d'Huez area
With a maximum altitude of 3330m above sea level, Alpe D' Huez offers everything you could dream of from a mountain holiday! The village sits at around 1860m and the views are only one of many attractions.
Summer offers walking trails, climbing with our recommended guides and mountain biking to name a few.
Winter obviously the main attractions are the seemingly endless ski and snowboard runs, winter parks and also the après ski.
The 770 snow cannons are sure to help you get the most from the mountain and the 200+km of downhill skiing and boarding runs should keep you plenty busy in the day.
Over 50KM of Cross Country ski trails are also available and regular buses will shuttle you from the apartment to the lifts.
During the evening there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, live music venues, nightclub, outdoor swimming pool, ice skating rink to relax and have fun in. There is something here for all the families, couples and party goers.

"Tour de France @ Les Pleiades"
A brilliant stay in Alpe d'Huez with the apartment looking right over the Stage 18 route.
The apartment is in a great location and very comfortable. It was a little bigger than I had expected and had everything we needed. Great value for money and the owner has been very helpful with advice and local knowledge.

"Great apartment in a fantastic location!"
Me and 3 friends have just returned from Alpe d'Huez, this apartment massively exceeded my expectations and was great value for money. Very well equipped, comfy sofa beds and a lovely south facing balcony.
Great location, only a short walk to transfer stops, ski lifts and just below signal ski slope for ski in access. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks Greg, early key postage and resort maps also very useful.
