This well equipped property has 3 spacious and airy bedrooms, tastefully furnished for a relaxing atmosphere. All have fantastic views. 2 generous bathrooms plus a guest toilet.
Views from a choice of terraces which enjoy the sun all day long and look across olive and almond groves to the mountains.
The views are breathtaking to say the least. Even the Mediterranean sea can be seen on a clear day.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Finca Bascella is fortunate to be situated in the Sierra Nieves national park in a peaceful romantic atmosphere. The area has a prodigious amount of wild life including wild boar, deer and ibex. Bird watchers have a field day spotting eagles, kestrels, vultures, kite, nightingales,woodpeckers, hoopoe and the very colourful bee eaters.
Well worth a visit is Ronda with its spectacular gorge just 45 minutes drive away. Seville, Cordoba and the Alhambra palace of Granada around a 2 hour journey. Gibraltar is a great attraction with tourists with its apes and duty free shopping. Nerja caves should also be on your list of visits. Both are well under 2 hours distance.
The climate is one of the best in Europe with over 300 days of sunshine a year.

Alozaina area

Finca Bascella is located near the pretty hamlet of Jorox and a few minutes away from the white villages of Alozaina and Yunquera. Both have several bars and restaurants where you can sample typical Spanish dishes and of course wine. During the year there are many fiestas in the surrounding villages. The area is ideal for walking, mountain biking and hourse riding. Finca Bascella would suit guests wanting a tranquil base who wish to have the maximum options open to them as possible. Marbella and its beaches are just 40 minutes away as is Puerto Banus where famous celebrities are frequenly spotted. Other activities which are a steady 30 minutes drive away and where we have contacts, are horse trekking, quad biking, off roading, clay pigeon shooting, archery, paint balling, tennis and golf.

How to get there

Fly to Malaga airport. Finca Bascella is about a 55 minutes drive from the airport between Malaga and Ronda.

The drive to the villa is easy and we send detailed instructions on how to get there, plus our mobile numbers once your deposit is received. If required we the owners/ managers will meet you at the airport for a small fee.

Master bedroom has king size bed and en suite facilities. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. Mosquito nets and electric fans
Both bathrooms have bath / shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin. The lounge is fitted with the quietest running air conditioning in the world.
A single sofa/bed which will fit any of the 3 bedrooms,reception room or hall. We also have a cot
U.K. satellite T.V. is installed. All BBC, ITV channels plus Cbeebies etc.
Free broadband Internet is available. All rooms have magnificent views.
Entrance hall and lounge and kitchen have exposed wood beamed ceilings.
The property is built to a very high standard with cavity walling and double glazed through out.

Well planted gardens front and rear including lavender, roses, jasmin, night scented dame de noche and palm trees. choice of terraces one with large 8 seater circular table with canopy. Plus 4 x 3 meter covered pergola. Villa terrace has teak table and 6 teak chairs. Plus several padded chairs The property has extensive parking. Swimming pool has a SOLAR GAIN COVER to increase the water temperature. It can be removed and fitted in under a minute!! A double sun bed, plus 4 single padded sun beds are also provided. Finca Bascella was built in 2003 in a envied position 525 meters above sea level and commands the best views possible, yet it is only just over 1km from the main road.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Conditions

Prices may change at the owners discretion.
Rental rates are inclusive of all bed linen, towels (including beach towels) electricity, water and after cleaning services. For bookings over 7 nights duration a linen change is included.
A deposit of £100 secures the booking. The deposit is returned within 10 days of the renting period ending,providing there is no damage or loss to the property. The rental payment is due 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement. Should cancellation occur after final payment then the total amount payable (less deposit) will be based as follows- 41-29 days before holiday commencement 75% refunded. 28-15 days before holiday commencement 50% refunded. 14 - 1 day before holiday commencement 25% refunded.
All bookings should be made via the owner Jackie Saunders.

Another fantastic stay, except this time it was even better as we enjoyed it with friends. This place seems to get better and better each year!
