Olivas Villa is a large private villa with swimming pool. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Vega De Santa Maria, which is just outside Pizarra and Alora in the mountains. The owner is on hand to deal with any problems during your stay.
The house is ideal for parties of golfers, clubs, large families and also couples who like peace and quiet. The house is in prime position to be able to explore the Costa Del Sol, both the beaches and historical towns and villages as it has excellent road and rail links.
The villa comprises of two separate units that can be rented as a whole providing 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (sleeps up to 16 people), or the main wing (with separate access) of the villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeping 11). If renting the main wing only a hostess or catering service is available on request. Whichever option you choose, you will have exclusive use of the swimming pool.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Olivas Villa is located right in the middle of Andalucia with good road and rail links to the major coastal resorts and inland cities of Granada and Seville The villa is siuated between Alora and Pizarra in a mountainous area where the views are spectacular. Pizarra, is approxamatly 30 kilometres from the city of Malaga and is very easy to reach. Take the motorway to Campanillas A357 and then the Cartama exit. You can also go by train from either Malaga or Antequera. Malaga now boasts the newly opened Picasso exhibition as well as excellent shopping, tapas bars and restaurants. Granada is 90 mins away with its unique Alhambra, Rhonda (60 mins), Cordoba, famous for its Mosque and Seville with its stunning old town (3 hours) are all worth visiting. El Torcal, prehistoric landscape Antequera (40 mins).
Alora area
Both Alora and Pizarra have shops, bars, supermarkets, banks, cafes and restaurants including both Spanish and Chines cuisine. The train station at Alora offes an air conditioned service to Malaga, where you can travel along the coast past the airport and as far as Fuengirola. You can also get connections frm Malaga to all the major destinations including Cordoba and Seville If you fancy a lovely, chilled day in the heart of stunning surroundings, you couldn't do much better than a trip to El Chorro National Park. It's a beautiful location consisting of an amazing and surreal gorge cut through limestone peaks by the River Gaudalhorce with some spectacular lakes and dams. The National Park has plenty of unspoilt and amazing natural scenery, a fantastic contrast to the hustle of Malaga city or the region's coastal resorts. The beautiful historic cities of Ronda and Antequera are less than an hours drive Golf There are a number of Golf Clubs around the area the below list is only a few that are available. Alhaurin Golf, Alhaurin El Grande 20 minutes Parador Malaga de Golf 30 minutes Both excellent quality, demanding golf courses. In addition El Candado, Malaga (30 minutes) Four noteworthy golf courses in Mijas ( 40 Minutes) including La Cala Mijas Lauro Golf in Alhaurin De La Torre (45 Minutes) There are nine excellent courses in Marbella (1 hour)

Further details indoors: Main Accommodation Bedroom 3 is a double room and has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and two single beds, Baby cot,wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 5 is the dormitory room and has 5 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All bedrooms have full air conditioning units, fresh towels and additional bedding There are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs each with hand basin, double shower and toilet. There is a lounge and dining area, also a fully working kitchen including plates, utensils and saucepans, food can be eaten on the veranda if preferred. Full use of swimming pool is included.
If renting the extra part of the property, the following is included: Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed and 1 single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 - Twin room, including wardrobe and chest of drawers. Extra bathroom. Additional kitchen including extra crockery, utensils and pans, also dining area. Web access is also available if the extra rooms are rented. All rooms have full air conditioning units, fresh towels and additional bedding. Rooms will be cleaned weekly or as per your own request if you would like your room cleaned daily please ask when you check in. Iron and ironing board are also available. The pool and garden area will be maintained daily at a time that is mutually agreed with the owner.
Further details outdoors: The house is set in 2 acres of fruit trees and has plenty of private parking. Full use of private 8x4 pool with roman stairs, there are sun loungers and a dining area on the veranda which can be used by guests.

Conditions
A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the rental cost will be payable when confirming your reservation. required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Paypal or bank transfers are accepted.
A refundable deposit of £200 is required against damage or breakages to be paid on arrival. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure following inspection for breakages or damage. In the event of any damage or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to cover replacement or repair plus a management charge of 10% of the cost. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool. The owners accept no liability for any accidents that may occur.
