Lemontree farmhouse is a perfect haven for large families or groups of friends wishing to relax within the peace and tranquility of the 'real' Andalucian countryside yet it is only just 30 minutes from Malaga airport and the beaches of the Costa del Sol.
The house has kept its original rustic charm but has all the modern conveniences you need for a great holiday. The downstairs lounges and dining room have been comfortably decorated and there is a separate reading/television room with satellite television and children's games. Free WI-FI connection. The bedrooms all have en-suite facilities and have been individually themed with fabulous views of the Sierra Gibraglia mountains, orange and lemon groves and the large private pool.

On the ground floor with views to the lemon grove, is a large typically Andalucian kitchen with granite work surfaces and uncovered brick work. There is a large dining room which can seat up to 16 people and the large lounge has an open, log-burning fireplace.
There is a large sofa bed downstairs along with a easily accessible toilet.

The dining room leads out to a large (100sqm) covered terrace which has a farmhouse table where meals can be taken. There are also wicker chairs, a large sofa, swing and hammock on the terrace. In the garden under the fig tree there is a swing. There is also a double BBQ using wood or charcoal. There is table tennis outside on the terrace The house is enclosed in its own, private one acre garden with ample parking spaces.
Our on site managers will meet and greet you and will be available for any enquiries or advise on where to go and what to do - together with any additional requests for services during your stay. They will also be available to pick you up from the station in Pizarra should you decide not to rent a car. A welcome pack and bottle of wine awaits your arrival. Should you wish us to do some additional shopping on your behalf. Please provide us with a list in good time before your visit and we will do our best to purchase these from the local supermarket.
A 25% deposit is needed upon booking. The remainder monies are due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £500 is required no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival which will be refunded back no later than 2 weeks post departure.
The Andalucia region
Andalucia can be found on the southern tip of Spain and is one of Spain's most attractive regions, with its wonderful mountain ranges and beaches along the Costa del Sol. Alora and the famous climbing area of El Chorro at the head of the Gualdalhorce Valley famous for citrus fruit growing. Famous for the warm sunny climate with over 3000 hours of sunshine a year, the Arabic architecture and food, the moorish influences of the old towns, and the gentleness and welcoming nature of the Andalucian people, this is a wonderful place to visit.
Pizarra is about as traditional and rural as Andalucia gets. The atmosphere is peaceful, laid-back and idyllic and the farmhouse and its surrounding areas offer our guests the opportunity to get away from it all, take it easy and relax whilst still being an ideal base for the more adventurous and their outdoor pursuits . With excellent access roads for touring the beautiful surrounding areas of the El Chorro lakes (ideal for walking, swimming and fishing) Ronda, Granada, Seville and Gibraltar. Plenty of history in the nearby whitewashed villages and the Roman Spa at Caratraca. Beaches and coastal activities are within easy reach by car. Frequent reliable train service to Malaga, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Fuengirola and beyond. The village of Pizarra has a selection of bars, restaurants, discos, supermarkets, shops, an information bureau, banks and a post office. This is an ideal retreat and has something to offer everyone.
