The finca is ideal for families or for 2 couples. You live in the same house but you are enjoying your own privacy because of the two floors yet all ground floors. The finca has its own private swimming pool and can be heated from May until September. You live at the campo but still not far away from the village Alora and not desolated.
Many cities are not far to visit like Antequerra, Ronda, Cordoba and the coast and airport are only 45km away. The house gives you telephone, satellite television and internet. This is the perfect house if you are ever thinking about moving to Spain. Also long rent is possible.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The finca is situated near Alora, a typical Andalucian small town, where you can find everything you need. Only 45km away is the city and airport of Malaga and it is easy to drive to other cultural cities in the province.
For instance Ronda is 75 km away, Granada 90 km, Cordoba 100km, Sevilla 120km and to drive to the beautiful old city of Antequera or the wonderfully refreshing lakes of Ardales.
Alora / Laja Prieta area
Alora is a typical Andalucian town but with ALL the shops, banks, supermarkets and much more. Valle de Abdalajis is smaller and much more sympathetic (only 8km).
Take a swim in the lakes of Ardales (35min drive), hike in El Choro (35min), visit markets at the beautiful Antequerra (45min). The old town of Malaga (50min), the coast (50min) or Ronda (50min).

Further details indoors: It is a sympathetically renovated authentic Andalucian ‘Finca’. In a valley surrounded by hills and old olive trees with superb views of a beautiful rocky landscape. You can make you own olive oil. The comfortable house has a relaxing ambience and, with its full size, solar heated salt water swimming pool and both sunny or shaded terraces, you can enjoy being outdoors at any time of the day.
The house is on two floors, each with its own bedrooms and bathroom, so, if you wish to come with friends, you can still enjoy your privacy. Upstairs is a large open-plan kitchen/ dining area with a view over the swimming pool, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a sleeping corner for kids.
The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and has a breakfast bar as well as a large dining table. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a water bed and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi and toilet. There is also a sitting room on this floor with an open fireplace, a wide-screen television and DVD player.
Further details outdoors: The environment is ideal for hiking, mountain bikes, horse riding. In Valle de Abdalajis (7km) you can do parapenting.

There are representatives who speak English, Spanish and Dutch. It is handy if you need to know something. They are the best neighbours in the world! Very friendly and helpful. And see how the goats passing your house everyday.
