With three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one with bunks as well as the family bathroom, this cottage can sleep six people. There is also a fitted kitchen with a dining area and sitting room with a log-burning stove. Outside the cottage is shared use of a large lawned garden and off road parking for two cars. With its neighbouring cottages, Brian's Cottage can provide accommodation for up to 18 people in this beautiful part of Northumberland.

The Alnwick area
The beautiful and tranquil village of Alnmouth is a favourite destination for golfing and fishing enthusiasts, as the area boasts a superb links course and several fine rivers. There are also miles of sandy beaches featuring the characteristic Northumbrian sand dunes. Alnmouth is situated between the River Aln and the North Sea, and was at one time the port for Alnwick. Besides a wealth of natural beauty, the village offers a number of attractive shops, pubs and restaurants.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
