It is set within the Tughall farm of holiday homes. All based on the ground floor level, East Cuttles has spacious and bright rooms that are superbly designed. The lounge has a delightful wood burning stove making this the perfect room in the house to sit and relax in the warmth on a winters evening. There are two bedrooms which sleep four guests in total and would suit a small family or two couples sharing. The first bedroom has the advantage of wide patio doors that draw in natural light as well as opening up out onto the picturesque garden. East Cuttles is a fantastic holiday home that offers luxury and style to all its guests.

Northern England region

The northerly county of Northumberland is a hidden gem of totally unspoilt countryside and wonderful long stretches of pristine sandy beaches. If you want to stretch your legs and breathe in clean country air this is the place for you, with miles of wide open spaces and magnificent views. The county has three distinct sub regions; a coastline stretching some forty miles with quiet sandy beaches and pretty coastal harbour villages. Inland visitors will find dramatic rolling moorland and forests, much of which is National Park and to the south of the region is the famous Hadrian's Wall which runs coast to coast and is now a World Heritage Site. Apart from Northumberland's natural assets the county is steeped in history and has had a turbulent past which is characterised by more than its fair share of castles and ancient hill forts, some of which were built to repel Viking invaders. It was also the scene of the border wars and conflicts between the English and Scots in the 14th-16th century.

Alnwick

Beadnell is well known for hosting many different types of water sport activities and has a beautiful sandy beach area called Beadnell Bay that is popular with the tourists in the summer months. For a more relaxing and peaceful activity, Beadnell offers plenty of walks that take advantage of the stunning coast line. Seahouses is located nearby and is a beautiful place to fish with many companies offering boat trips out to fish or lessons for beginners to learn the ropes. After a day out fishing, there is nothing better than visiting the local restaurants and tasting some delicious fresh fish. For those who prefer to explore the area inland, there are plenty of walking and cycling routes along with a golf course for golfing enthusiasts and a crazy golf course which is perfect for the whole family to get involved. Seahouses has fantastic horse riding facilities with Slate Hall Riding Centre who offer beach rides and superb trekking which is a perfect way to spend the day for any experienced rider. Many different birds have been spotted in the area of Seahouses such as Puffins, Eiders and Terns which are just to name a few - Seahouses offers an ideal place for bird watchers. Alnwick Castle is the perfect place to explore with many different opportunities to explore different aspects about this Castle. Children will also love to look around as this is the Castle used for the filming of Harry Potter's Hogwarts academy! There are also plenty of museums to look around such as Bailiffgate Museum which is ideal for both children and adults alike with many interactive parts where visitors can get involved. House of Hardy Museum and Country Store is another great place to explore whish any fishing enthusiast will enjoy as it delves into the history of this fishing company. Fishing is a popular past time in Alnwick along with many other outdoor activities such as many different walking and cycling routes from a short stroll to a long hike. There is an abundance of wildlife found in Alnwick which makes it the perfect place for bird watchers. Golfing is another great hobby so don't forget to pack your clubs! There are plenty of evening activities to keep visitors entertained such as ghost walks which provide a more unusual experience for visitors to try or The Alnwick Playhouse which is ideal for those who enjoy stunning performances. Alnwick has plenty of activities to suit everyone's tastes and it is well worth a visit!
