Situated on a hill, this unique luxury 4 bedroom modern detached villa of some 200 sq.m. has superb panoramic vistas to the med from its many south facing terrace´s; which all benefit from the sun all day, you can watch the spectacular sunsets and the progress of the fishing boats and cruise ships passing by, but still only 5 minutes away from the nearest beach and from only 72.00 GBP per person per week its luxury on a budget..!!.

The Villa was totally re-modernised 2 years ago to a very high standard. There's a BBQ and large table should you wish to dine alfresco, sunbeds and sunshades are provided for around the pool.

The Costa Tropical/Granada region

- Skiing at the Sierra Nevada is approximately 1hr 20 min drive.

By car, Taxi or airport pick-up from Granada or Malaga airports. These airports are served by a wide variety of budget airlines including Easyjet, Ryanair offering 1p flights from Stansted or Liverpool.., Bmibaby.

Either airport is approximately 55 minutes travelling time. A regular bus service runs from Malaga or Granada to Almunecar.

Conveniently situated above the N340 it is only 10 minutes by car from the town of Almunecar with its many restaurants, tapas bars, shops, a local fresh food market and only 5 minutes from the beach and the sun drenched coastline of Costa Tropical.

Where do I start? Well if you want to feel like a millionaire for a week ( or two) this is the place for you. This setting really does make you feel on top of the world. The villa is perfect, with marble floors in every room and electric blinds as well. I have stayed in villas costing two to three times this villa, but I can honestly say this is better. Thanks to Roy & Carol will be back.. Paul Barber
