This is beautiful penthouse 2 bedroom apartment has stunning views of Marina Del Este and San Cristobal. This is a delightful part of Spain, with a good mix of nationalities so it retains its Spanish charm and is not too commercial.

The master bedroom and twin bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the kitchen is equipped with all that you need for your stay. Some of the most delightful restaurants and tapas bars are at this exclusive end of the town so you do not need to walk far to enjoy a fantastic evening.

As the apartment is situated on the top floor of this building it enjoys the best views of the coastline and town of Almunecar and offers a more secluded position.

The lounge/dining room is well equipped with cd player, dvd player, T.V. two leather sofas and dining for four persons.
The kitchen has an extensive range of crockery and cutlery so should you wish to stay in it will feel just like home !
The beautiful master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, dressing table and en suite shower room. It has views across the sea and you can hear the gentle sound of the waves breaking on the beach just metres away.
The twin bedroom is large and spacious with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with shower facilities.
Other electrical equipment provided: ceiling fans, oil filled radiators.

The terrace is a good size and can sit four easily for out door dining. It enjoys panoramic sea views and gets the sun from dawn until dusk. The terrace overlooks a quiet road where people enjoy a peaceful stroll along the beach front. In the evening you have a beautiful view of the soft lights of the Castle, San Cristobal and the distant lights of Marina Del Este.
There is a lovely communal pool, which is kept to an exceptional standard, within minutes walk of the apartment, or if you prefer the sea, the shingle beach is only steps away.
The pool and apartment have wheel chair access.
The building has security phone and lifts.
Pets will be allowed at owners discretion.
The Costa Tropical region
The Costa Tropical is a wonderful place packed with stunning scenery, a varied range of beaches and a mixture of bustling towns and sleepy villages. The beautiful moorish city of Granada is about an hours drive. Here you can visit the stunning Alhambra Palace or drive up to the ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada and enjoy a days skiing. The timeless villages of the Alpujarras have been featured on travel shows and in travel books alike. It has a macro climate with sunshine averaged at 320 days of the year and is never prone to frost making it the ideal summer and winter retreat.
The Almunecar / Cotobro area
Almunecar is a charming Spanish town. Taking a wander through the old town will lead you to tiny roads that lead up past charming buildings and finally to the Castle with views across the town. It is bustling with bars, restaurants and tapas bars and will offer something for everyone to enjoy, from fantastic menu of the day restaurants to exclusive a la carte. The fresh fruit and vegetables market and food markets are renowned locally and people travel from miles around to enjoy the best selection of food, so enjoy!
There are classical concerts in the Castle grounds at certain times of the year and festivals in the streets. For the children there is an aqua park and a range of water sports, including boat hire from one of the beaches.

Los Ramos is situated in Almunecar on the Costa Tropical. This is approx 70 minutes drive from the airports of Malaga and Granada.
You do not need a car in Almunecar but if you don't mind driving it is probably cost effective to hire one in place of taxis. There are taxis that specialise in airport pick ups please ask for details.
o Try Ryan Air or Monarch to Granada airport for cheap flights even at Easter and Summer!
o Cheap flights into Malaga are available from Easyjet, Monarch and Thomson.
