This is a spectacular semi detached bungalow is on a private road. Casa Susi is situated in a quiet development just 7 min drive from Almunecar city centre, and 3 min drive to Playa Velilla and Playa de Taramay.

There are many activities locally which will interest both children and adults alike, such as horse ridding, indian teepee camping, (for those wishing to discover their inner selves) not far there is also an aquapark.

The development has two communal pools, one of which you will find within seconds of the property. The infinity pools benefit from a life guard and a shallow end which is perfect for the kids.

The Costa Tropical/Granada region

Costa Tropical is an unspoilt area of southern Spain and is typically spanish. The climate is good all year round, hence "Tropical". Lots of activities for children and adults alike.

Should you wish to ski, Sierra Nevada in Granada is just under an hour away or you might want to visit the historical Alhambra Palace.

On the way to Granada you might want to stop at "Las Alpujarras" for some lunch! A typically andalucian area with beautiful cobble street stones.

Nerja has another secret "Las Cuevas de Nerja" which is only 15 min away.

For those who like golfing you will find "Los Moriscos" in Motril, which is 15min drive.

How about some paragliding? Does that appeal to you? Well you can find this too.

Or maybe your the quite type and would like to just fish and relax.

For the bargain hunters, there is a market in Almunecar every Friday. Every first Saturday of the month there is a flee market, which has a wonderful bohemian atmosphere, you will find anything from a belt to a group of Indian Tribsemen signing.

If food is your passion.......you will benefit from FREE "tapas" in this region (Imagine, going for a drink and having a free meal). If you have had enough of the nuggets there is a local market, there you will find fresh meat, fish and vegetables. However, if you are a McDonolds fan you can find one of them tooooooo!

Almunecar / Fuentes de Almunecar area

Fuentes is a newly built exclusive development, away from the hustle of everyday life. The complex has two comunal swimming pools, one of which is open all year round. The surroundings are very picturesque as the development stands on a mountain peak, hence benefiting from views in every direction. The private gardens are beautifully landscaped and there are fountains everywhere. Hence "Fuentes"!

I´ll certainly be back again next year, the views are super and the kids had a great time especially at the aquapark! There´s so much for them to do and like they say if you keep the kids happy you have a good time.
