There is a small park opposite the apartment, with a Cafe/Bar. Ideal for those sunny days to sit in the park and relax while the children play.
The Church and Town square is a 5 minute walk from the apartments.
A new Bus/Coach station has just open just 2 minutes walk away from the apartments. This has opened up a whole new dimension for these apartments. Easy access now to all sight seeing places and at cheap prices.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, but this is flexible subject to availability. Check in after 2pm on day of arrival; check out by 10am on day of departure.
Linen is included. Please supply your own towels.
There is a €50 cleaning charge - payable to Key Holder on arrival at Apartment.
You are responsible for the day to day running of apartment (Bed making and sheet changes during your stay. (Washing Machine & Sheets available). The €50 charge is for end of rental period cleaning.
Airport Transfers can be arranged at additional cost.
From Alicante airport to apartment - €75 Return.
From Murcia airport to apartment - €80 Return.
Paid to driver on arrival date at airport.
Key/damage deposit - £100.00 with payment. This will be returned after inspection by our property key holder. Returned after 14 days of your return date by Bank transfer.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Glorious sandy beach of Guardamar is only a 10 minutes drive away and many of the beaches are manned by lifeguards during the Holiday seasons. The popular seaside resort of Torrevieja is only 20 minutes away with its seafront promanade, bars and restaurants, lively nightlife, bowling, cinema, casino, water park and hypermarkets.
Costa Blanca is known as a golfers paradise, with the championship golf club of La Finca only 5 minutes drive and a further 5 other challenging courses within a 25 minute journey, or a little further. Why not try playing a round at one of Europes premier golf destinations, La Manga. Hey..... maybe you could be the next Seve Ballesteros.
The Almoradi / Luz de Almoradi area
Almoradi offers a taste of the real Spain, its warm and friendly locals will make you feel quite at home, the town square is only a five minute walk with its impressive church and plaza a busy meeting place in the evenings to sit and have a glass of wine or beer and relax and soak up the atmosphere, with a wide variety of local restaurants to entice your taste buds, numerouse bars, tapas bars, icecream parlours, take aways & supermarkets.
There is a bustling saturday street market which takes over the whole town attracting visitors from afar with everything from traditional spanish delicasies to local arts/crafts are to be found on offer, Come in the summer months and witness and many spectacular local fiestas. Almoradi is an excellent base to stay and relax, or to explore further afield the Costa Blanca area which offers so much to see and do.

Excellent apartment that was as good as the description & picture promised. Its location was just right for exploring the region including Elche,Murcia city, etc. All the main tourist attractions are within easy driving distance but Almoradi has an excellent public transport system as well with connections to Alicante. The town square which is host to some excellent bars & restaurants is visible from the balcony yet you cannot hear any noise etc. There is a huge market held around the streets to the square every Saturday morning which is not to be missed. Myself & my family will be coming back again. |

Apartment is lovely and clean and is perfect for anyone wanting bright modern accommodation in the lovely Spanish town of Almoradi. We were picked up from the airport, this can arranged by the owner and takes a lot of hassle away. The building is really modern and very secure - the real bonus is the pool which is only one floor up to the roof.
I would not hesitate in giving this apartment the highest of recommendation, it is priced fairly and spotlessly clean. (Katie - United Kingdom).

I just had to email you to let you know what a fantastic time we had at your apartment in Almoradi. What a fantastic find for us, only 1hr 45 min's from where we live, close to friends in La Zenia & Ohruela & only 15 min's from Guadama beach. The roof top pool was a just right at the end of some very hot days. We will definitely book it again & have already told several of our friends (some Spanish) about it.
