A large Spacious 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed, air conditioned, ground floor apartment in Spanish village location, overlooking lemon groves to the front aspect, and fields, orange groves, and mountains, to the rear aspect.
This typical spanish village is within walking distance of shops, pubs and restuarants. The village has a bowling alley, with cafe close by. Full size public swimming pool in walking distance.
Only 4 years old, this modern apartment has an air conditioning unit in Living room, and main bedroom, (doubles up as warm air heating in the winter) large spacious lounge with dining area, 3 large patio doors, fully open onto Balcony, overlooking orange and lemon groves.
The main bedroom has en suite, 2nd bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are with fitted wardrobes and large seperate, fitted kitchen with all the appliances. The double bed has a memory foam mattress, for comfort. There are two single beds in 2nd bedroom. The 5th bed is a folding bed, and is suitable for a child.
There are large patio doors, in the lounge, which open to a balcony, with a small table and chairs, the lower sun terrace, has plants, 2 other terraces, one at rear, with table and chairs and mountain views, it has a private high walled roof solarium, for private sunbathing. 2 swimming pools on roof with stunning views of mountains. This apartment block has only a ground floor, first floor, and roof top with the swimming pools, of which there is two to choose from, both accessable by staircase.
Smoking is allowed on any of the terraces outside, ONLY.
Parking is available either on the drive, or outside in a layby next to the apartment.
Please note : There is a £50 cleaning charge. On arrival at apartment you will be greeted by our key holder.
You are responsible for day to day running of apartment, bed making, sheet changes. (Sheets are available during your stay) The £50 charge is for the end of the rental period cleaning.
Airport transfers can be arranged at additional cost:
From Alicante airport 60 euros return.
From Murcia Airport : 65 euros return.
This is paid to the driver on arrival date at airport.
Key/Damage deposit is £40 this is paid with holiday payment. This will be returned after inspection by our keyholder. The deposit of £40 is returned 14 days of your return date by cheque.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
The Costa Blanca region is known for its long beautiful beaches, its reknown golf courses, its siestas, and culture, taste the real spanish way of life here in Daya Nueva. Guardamar and La Marina are only a short 15 min drive away, these beaches are the best on the Costa Blanca. The sand dunes at La marina are a pleasure spot for picnics.

Alcoy : moro y christians, battle re enactment in traditional costume.
Alicante (thurs following easter week) a pilgrimage of the holy visage, popular event, when 200,000+ people walk, holding canes, to monastery of Santa Faz, to worship the shrine.
Surrounded by orange and lemon groves, this quaint spanish village has all the benefits of modern day living with banks, shop and bars, but here you experience spanish culture, its off the tourist trail. Almoradi is a typical spanish town, with tree lined squre, churches, shops and bars.
