Home description

This large corner apartment has 2 bedrooms, master bedroom with double bed and separate with twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have doors to the balcony with 240 degree views.

There's a separate kitchen with Fridge/freeze, washer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and a door to the balcony. The balcony is wrap-around style and has a table / chairs for dining with great views overlooking the mountains.

The communal pool is split into two sections; adults and children.

The local town of Almoradi is a typical Spanish town with lots to see, including the famous donut trees, market on Saturday mornings and lots of friendly tapas bars and restaurants. A 10 minute stroll will get you there.

Located very close to one of the most popular golf courses in the area (La Finca) and within a 30km radius of 8 other great courses.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Almoradi is located to the north of the Segura River in the Costa Blanca region and is approximately 25 minutes drive from the coastal towns of Torrevieja & Guardamar. The population is approx 13,000 and it is a well established community. There are a good selection of shops, restaurants & other facilities including doctors.

Almoradi known for its mild climate and has sunshine for approx 320 days per year. During the summer the temperature rarely falls below 30°C (86°F). Winters are typically very mild with averages around 18°C (64°F).

Almoradi is only 12km from the tourist beaches of Torrevieja, Guardamar del Segura and La Mata.

I would definitely recommend your apartment. It's clean, spacious, with a large balcony which I'm sure would be lovely in summer. Its only 5/10 minutes stroll to the centre of town with its many restaurants and bars and of course the main square of Almoradi. Very handy for last minute car hire too at the garage opposite - Angie Jan 2008
