The property is located within a 5 minute walk of Almoradi town, where there are many Bars, Restaurants, and Shops. The beautiful Town Square has a typical Spanish High Church, and is surronded by trees,and has a new water feature. It is a wonderful place to relax and watch the world go by.
Every Saturday there is a Market, which many locals frequent, selling wonderful fresh produce as well as the usual clothes, leather goods etc
This area is well known for its fiesta's and the Moors & Christians fiesta in July/August is a sight not to be missed with week long festivities. There are many other fiesta's within the region, most of the summer weeks.
Within a 15 min drive are beautiful golden beaches, which are easlily accessible by local buses or taxis.
For the Golf enthusiast, many courses are within easy reach, including La Finca, Villa Martin and La Manga.
Nearby are thebeach promenades of Torrevieja where you can walk along the coastline, stopping at the cafes along the way. There is a bustling nightlife here, with many clubs & bars.There is also a new Marina, and a variety of shops. There is a great day out at the Aqua Park which caters for all ages.
Other tripsin the area, are the Safari Park at Elche, where you can swim with the dolphins, and for the ultimate lively day out, Benidorm is a 90 minute drive away, where you can enjoy a drink at the Sol Pelicanos Hotel (home of the Benidorm TV show) and have night out at the Benidorm Palace.Local companies run a day coach for 10e, and also offer evenings out to the Benidorm Palace where you can enjoy a meal and a spectacular show.

Opening the door of this luxury property, you encounter a generous entrance hall leading to
Master bedroom, which has fitted wardrobes,chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and for your comfort a super king bed with ceiling fan above. It also has french doors to a Juliet balcony. These doors are fully fitted with mosquito screens, so you may have them open with no fear of unwanted guests.They also have fully fitted blinds. There is also an air conditioning vent. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double sized Shower cubicle, vanity unit and wc.
Bedroom 2 has a fitted wardrobe, double cupboard, bedside cabinet and 2 full size single beds. Also a mosquito blind and full outside blinds.
Family Bathroom, consists of low level bath with shower above and glass shower screen, vanity unit with large mirror, and wc.
Kitchen, is fully equipped with cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer and all cooking utensils. It also has a door leading onto the balcony.
Lounge has double doors, this has a double sofa bed, 2 large rattan armchairs with matching footstall, a glass circular table with 4 matching chairs. There is a large light wood unit, housing a 32 inch Flat Screen TV with UK channels so you never need to miss the soaps. DVD & CD Players with a selection of DVD's & CD's. Also provided are Cards, Books & Board Games for your convienience and another glass unit with wine glasses ready for your trip to the local bodega.
Patio doors lead to large Private Balcony which overlooks the Pool area & is perfect for alfresco dinning .
Spiral stairs lead to a large fully equipped Roof Terrace great for Sun worshipers, complete with running Water, Electric facilities. Sunloungers, Large Sun Awning, & Table and Chairs..
All linen and towels are provided. A Travel cot is available on request for a small additional charge.

This apartment benefits from its own private underground parking space, accessed with a swipe key.
The pool area has a large adult pool, with seperate childrens area.
This apartment is one, of only two, that has a full size totally private Roof Terrace, with panoramic views of the surronding area and mountains.

The property is available all year round. The changeover day is flexible, to allow you to take advantage of cheaper flights.
The appartment is NO SMOKING, although smoking is permitted on the Roof Terrace and the Balcony.
No single sex parties under 25
No rentals under the age of 18 without an adult.
Conditions
Normal arrival times are 3pm arrival, checkout by 11am. However we will try to accomodate different times should you need late checkout and/or early arrival if at all possible at no extra charge.
A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required at the time of booking.
A security deposit of £100 against damages and breakages is payable,(on arrival at the apartment if using our recomended agent for transfers) or by post if hiring a car, with the balance of the holiday. This can be in the form of a seperate cheque with a guarantee card. The cheque will only be cashed if there are damages, otherwise it will be given back to you at the end of the holiday. We appreciate small breakages do happen, and a charge will not be made for the odd plate or glass broken.
Full payment is required 6 weeks before the holiday commences, and can be paid by cheque, Postal Order or Bank transfer. We recomend you obtain holiday insurance.
Cancellation Policy is
25% of the total cost of the holiday if canceling within 6 weeks of the holiday,
50% of the total cost within 4 weeks of the holiday
75% of the total cost within 2 week of the holiday.
If we can help you with a change of date though, we will do so with just a small admin charge. If we can rebook the apartment a pro rata refund will be given
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The town of Almoradi, is within the Vega Baja region of Spain, renowned for its orange and lemon groves, and wonderful climate. It has been recognised by the World Health Organisation as the 4th most benefical in the world, due to its mild climate all year round. The average summer temperatures are in excess of 30 degrees and the average winter temperature, rarely falls below 18 degrees.thus helping to alleviate symptoms such as rhuematisim and athritis.
The salt lakes within the area,that are often pink in colour, are classed as preservation areas for an abundance of bird species. Including flamingos, these feed at the Santa Pola lakes and are a sight to behold.
The area boasts over 100km of Coastline, with Golden sandy beaches, Deep blue seas,and Palm trees,
The historic town of Santa Pola is a 35 min drive away, this has excellent beaches, an old town with its ancient castle walls. From here you can take boat trips to the Island the Tabarca, enjoy a first class meal, or take a glass bottom boat trip to view the sealife.
The Almoradi area
Almoradi Town is a 5 minute walk from the property, it has a traditional square and a beautiful Spanish Church, and is famed for its polo trees which surrond the pavements. Almoradi is particularly known for its Saturday market, which has fresh produce as well as a wealth of goods like handbags, shoes, leather goods etc. There are also many shops, restaurants, banks bars and cafes, which are wonderful to sit alfresco, and while a way the time in the sun. During the summer months there is often free entertainment in the square, including an open air cinemea. Festivals are abundant within this area, with the Moors and Christian festival being one of the major highlights of the year. Street battles rage during the day, and concerts and plays take place in the evening.
The Easter Parade should not be missed and is a very moving event.
Xmas Parade of the 3 kings takes place on the 6th January, with presents in the square given for the young children afterwards.
Amongst the leisure facitlitesis a 10 pin bowling alley. a short walk from the apartment.
The town on Quesada is a 5 min drive away, this is mostly used by expats, and has a wonderful fish and chip shop. There is also a small waterpark here which is especially suitable for the younger child.

The town of Almoradi, is within easy reach of both Alicante & Murcia Airports. Both being within a 45 minute drive. For clients hiring a car from the airport, the property is within 5 minutes of the exit on the AP7.
.The airports are serviced by many low cost airlines, including, Easyjet, Flybe, Bmi Baby, Monarch and Ryan Air
.
Car Hire is very easy, with many operators at both airports. Also we have found that www.bravocarhire.co.uk is a very good site to prebook and their prices are amongst the cheapest in the area.
We can also arrange lower cost airport pick ups and taxis within the area with our local agent.
