Brand new 4th floor 2-bedroom luxury apartment furnished to the highest standard with hot/cold air conditioning comfortably accommodating up to six persons.

There are two communal pools on the complex with landscaped terrace areas. A secure underground car park is housed within the block, with a dedicated car parking space and lifts leading up to the apartment which has an entry phone system.

The apartment benefits from a furnished terrace overlooking the prestigious Gary Player designed 27-hole Almerimar Golf Course.

There is a spacious lounge with two large sofas (one being a high quality sofa bed) and a dining area with seating for up to 6 people. The apartment comes equipped with a 32� LCD TV with Sky TV.

The chic fitted kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standard and a separate utility room containing the washing machine, iron and board.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen sized bed which can be separated into two single beds if required with the second smaller bedroom also containing two single beds. The rooms are also furnished with double wardrobes and chest of drawers.

The Costa de Almeria is a region of unique beauty and has until recently been southern Spain´s undiscovered gem. The long golden sands of Mojacar Playa is just one of the reasons this area has become a top destination for Spanish and British holidaymakers. The landmark hilltop village of Mojacar Pueblo, with its distinctive houses, labyrinth of narrow streets and Bohemian character is another major attraction.

The town has a 1,000 berth marina and a yacht club. Sailing and windsurfing are possible all year round and tuition is available for the novice. The clear, Mediterranean water makes it an excellent venue for snorkeling and scuba-diving. Fishingis also popular - the local industry brings in large catches of tuna. For the golfers amongst you there is Almerimar Golf course nearby & La Envia a little further away.

Almerimar has a Port-Marina and a fishing harbor. More people each year are discovering the beaches, the sun and the natural beauty of this area. If you are looking for a relaxed way of life, free from stress, in a healthy environment, then Almerimar is for you, but if you fancy a bit of adventure and a dose of adrenalin, it's o­nly an hour and a half’s drive from the snows of the Sierra-Nevada Ski Resort and mountains, where activities like hiking, rock climbing, canoeing, and cycling are just some of the other options to skiing.

The Campo de Golf Almerimar has 27-holes on a surface of approx. 802.000 m², embedded into a beautiful landscape delicately by its singular beauty with palms and lakes, with the marvellous Mediterranean climate of Andalusia. As the only golf course with 27-holes in the province of Almeria it offers enormous play possibilities and challenges. The golf course has a generous practise area with chipping green with 3 exercise holes, exercise shelters, and a putting green with 9 exercise holes.

For those interested in wildlife and in that we mean flora and fauna, not a heavy night hitting the bars – you’ll find a lot to enjoy without going very far, in fact, the region includes some of the most unique and varied wild life habitats in the whole of western Europe. The Cabo de Gata Natural Park and The Sierra Alhamilla Mountains are interesting and rewarding areas for the wild life enthusiast; over half of the 8000 species of plants native to Spain are common in Andalucia, including 150 species which are unique to the region. Many of the plants that are indigenous to Andalucia grow only in the arid areas of Andalucia.
