About the home

Very nice Penthouse located 4.5km from Almerimar marina. Comes with most facilities overlooking a big courtyard with 4 swimming pools, 2 Tennis courts, 2 Padel tennis courts and playing area for the children. The exterior areas is divided into a Balcony and on the top floor a huge terrace with dining and barbecue facilities.

Ideal for tennis players and for the active people or just for you who like to relax on the roof terrace, down at the community Jacuzzi or at the beach just 5 min walk away. The 2 golf Courses are just 5 min away.

The Penthouse in Laguna Beach has a Bus stop with frequently passing buses down to the centre/marina
Almerimar has a big marina, one of the biggest in southern Spain.

There are a good sized supermarket and a few small local ones. The are a lot of bars with a few with pool tables and many good restaurants.

English speaking Doctors , Dentist and Pharmacy in Almerimar.

You can take the bus to El Ejido (aprox 15 min which have large shopping centres and local markets.

The Costa de Almeria region

Little Hollywood close to Taberna out in the desert where a lot of movies have been recorded like Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns.
