This new stunning 2 bed apartment lies between the second largest sporting marina in Spain and a 27 hole Golf Course designed by Gary Player and Rob Kirby. It is also within 100meters of the beach.
This apartment is approx 100m2 in size with a 8.36m2 Terrace area. The apartment has air-conditioning in the living room and main bedroom serving both hot and cold air. There are also electric heaters available if needed during the winter months.
The balcony of the living room is square shape with patio table and chairs. Views to the right are of the golf course and to the left are down to the communal area beside the pool.

This apartment sleeps 4 people in the 2 bedrooms and up to 6/7 people with a pull out 2 sleeper sofa bed in the sitting room and an extra foldaway single bed. Bedroom 1. Air condition unit, double bed, bedside lockers, table lamps, built in wardrobe with a safe,hair dryer and long mirror. It also as a Romeo and Juliet style balcony with sliding doors opening onto it.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, TV/DVD
Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet, lighted mirror, towel rack.
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, iron /iron board, a portable cooling box and a full range of cooking and serving utensils.
The Utility area has a Water heater, outdoor sink,washing machine and clothes horse. A storage chest with children's bucket/spades sets, snorkels, board games and jigsaws.
The living room has Air conditioning, four seater table and chairs. There is a large L shaped sofa with a double fold out bed, coffee table, lamp, sliding double doors to a large balcony. Flat screen TV, Sky box, CD player with ipod docking station and DVD player
All windows/patio doors are double glazed and fitted with curtains and shutters.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Lifts are provided. There are ramps outside along with ample parking.
The apartment is accessed via a locked portal door which is intercom linked to the apartment. There is a 8.36m2 Terrace/balcony area of the living room with patio table and chairs.
Communal swimming pool and large areas for sunbathing. The pool depth ranges from 1.10m to 1.8m with stepped access entry to the shallow end. There is also a number of pool side showers and shaded areas. Sun chairs are also available for your personal use.
Further details
A 50 euro deposit is required to secure booking, balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to the holiday. Late bookings are also available with full payment when booking.
A 150 euro damage deposit is required with each booking (refundable at the end of the holiday if no damage). Short stays (3 days and over) available.
Off season long lets available with discounted rates.
The keys can be collected from our English speaking management people. They will meet you at the complex and will be available for any questions you may have.
Welcome packs can also be arranged at cost price.

Infant/ Child equipment can also be arranged. eg cot, high chair etc.
Bedlinen and towels for use in the apartment are available. The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival . No maid service is provided during a stay (unless requested at an extra cost).
The Costa de Almeria region


The Almeria region has the highest number of hours of sunshine and the lowest rainfall in all of Europe. The landscape is varied from the snow capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada to the semi arid desert of Tabernas. The Costa de Almería is generally unspoilt and well managed with some of the best beaches in Spain.
Almerimar is an attractive resort with a truly authentic Spanish feel. You will fall in love with the place when you leave the A7 motor way and drive down the palm tree lined route with its many water features and the breathtaking view of the village and Mediterranean sea below.
The Almerimar / Portofino Complex area
Almerimar village/resort itself is very much the jewel in the Almerian crown and offers something for everyone - excellent restaurants and bustling night-life in the port, endless long sandy beaches complete with promenade and sporting facilities, a large equestrian centre, and an Olympic rowing lake. All this and yet it feels open and spacious with beautifully manicured gardens, is bordered by a natural park, is under two hours drive from the ski resorts of Sierra Nevada and is within 30 minutes of the Almeria airport.
Almerimar is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours away from the Sierra Nevada where skiing is available from November through till March. You could enjoy skiing in the morning and sun in the afternoon.
To the left/east of the apartment block is the Puntas Entinas natural park. The 1,960ha natural area is made up of sand dunes, beach and the raised beach of Los Alcores, immediately north of Punta Entinas. The dunes are interspersed with a series of freshwater and saline lakes. Some of the latter lakes are abandoned salt pans, the Cerrillos-Salinas Viejas.
Declared a special protected zone for birds, more than 150 species have been recorded in this wetland part of the area, including waders, flamingos and the rare Audouin's gull. Access to this area is from the beach on the east or left of the apartment block.
For horse riders, a stable is situated in the Natural Park at the side of the development. Sailing, fishing and windsurfing are also popular.
Boat trips are also available during the summer from the marina. Bicycles can also be hired during the summer months.
The marina is the second largest Sporting Marina in Spain. There are small clothes, household, souvenir, shoes, fishing, surfing, tobacco, chemist, hairdressers, beauticians, DVD rental, boat/sailing shops all round the marina.
There is an Mercadona supermarket with fresh fish/, meat, and groceries to the left of the apartment block. There is a shopping mall/commercial centre (the copo) on the way to Almerimar from the motorway with cinema, karting track, petrol station, McDonnell’s, tourist information office and all varieties of shops and restaurants.

Scheduled flights operate directly to Almeria airport from the UK - Birmingham, Manchester & Luton (flymonarch), Leeds/Bradford & Newcastle Airports (Jet2) and London Stansted & London Gatwick Airport (easyJet).
Ryanair fly between April and Oct. from Dublin.Malaga airport is a 2-3 hours (motorway and secondary roads),

1. My husband and I stayed there in March. We were truly amazed by the standard of the accommodation. It was very clean and had all the modern Conveniences. It was easy to get to from Almeria Airport 25-30 mins. It was truly convenient to all the bars, restaurants, beacheds and the Almerimar golf, club house was across from the entrance to the apartment. There was no high rise building as in other parts of Spain. The area was peaceful at that time of the year. I recommended it to my daughter and her family for their summer holiday. Mrs and Mr J. 2. We had a fabulous time thanks. We found your apartment to be great - close by everything you need, yet not too noisy, but in particular the attention to detail you give in making sure everything is available to ensure a good stay, from a comprehensively equipped kitchen, safety deposit box (fab idea!), to games/buckets & spades etc for kids. Also the sun beds/chairs were very useful. I would like to particularly comment on your fantastic management team – Your management team have such high standards of cleanliness, it was such a pleasure to walk into somewhere that feels so clean and fresh, with a feeling of 'newness' to the furnishings too. Probably the cleanest holiday rental we have ever been to! They were also very helpful, e.g. we left our hire car information at the back of the safe and they contacted us, then met us to return it on our way back to the airport. A real asset to you!
I also think your place is fantastic value for money - we paid considerably more for our second week in Mojacar de Playa, and whilst it had amazing views which I'm sure adds to the cost, the 'house' was no bigger than your apartment and the standards of furnishing, equipment and cleanliness were not a patch on your place! Yours shone in comparison!
Overall, a big thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely recommend it and hope to return!
3. We had a lovely time thank you. The apartment was really nice and the location was great. There weren't a lot of restaurants open (but I guess that's because it's out of season) but we found a few nice places to eat.
We would definitely consider going back to Almerimar again so we will be in touch.
