The huge 87m2 balcony is designed so that all family times can be enjoyed both inside and outside this apartment.

With spectacular views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. Attached to this apartment is also a communal pool for all to enjoy.

There is complusory cleaning charge of £60 per rental periods less than 1 week, however stay 1 week or more and cleaning is free. If a mid week laundry change is required then there this needs to be requested and will carry a £30 charge.

Please note transfers from Almeria Airport can be arranged from only €55 each way.

The Andalucia region

The Costa Almeria is as varied as any of the Spanish Coasts. The coast is completely unspoilt. To the east of Almeria we find the rugged and desolate coast of the Cabo de Gata - Nijar natural park. This is an arid desert landscape and the annual rainfall here is less than 200mm.

It is sparsely populated, few villages and a very low population density. Visitors feel a sense of exploration here as many of the coves can only be reached on foot. This area is particularly popular with nature lovers and back-packers.

Almeria city is worth a visit with the Alcazaba castle overlooking the metropolis.

To the west we find the developing complex of ALMERIMAR with Marinas, golf, beaches and many other facilities.

Almeria is becoming more and more well known with tourists, as you enter Almeria the first thing you will notice is the countryside and authenticity of this area. As you head inland the terrain becomes quite stark and almost moon like. Due to the unique landscape of inland Almeria many movies about other planets are filmed on location in Almeria. Within the desert areas of Almeria many westerns were filmed including the famous Clint Eastwood series of Spaghetti westerns.

As the dry landscape might suggest, Almeria is by far the warmest province in the whole of Andalucia. The area is also lucky to benefit from the protection of the elements by the Sierra de Gador mountains making it a highly productive agricultural area. In fact many of Europe's vegetables are now exported from Almeria.

The Costa Almeria is relatively unspoilt and the beaches remain rustic and authentic is most places. There are some main beaches that have become very popular with tourists such as Roqutas de Mar and those at Mojacar and more areas are now becoming inhabited by expatriates looking for the more authentic Spain. In the eastern section of Almeria is the sparse coast called the "Cabo del Gato - Nijar". In this area do not expect much more than 200mm of rainfall per year. The area has a very small population within the small villages scattered around.


Almerimar is a modern resort located in the region of Andalucia, Spain, in the province of Almeria. The nearest airport is 30km away in Almeria, its situated approx 30 km west of Almería City and 160 km east of Malaga. Almerimar has a Marina (port) and a fishing harbour and is one of the few resorts in Europe where the rainfall is scarce.

Its wide, sandy beaches, the nautical sports, restaurants and hotels make for an unforgettable holiday. Almerimar is also known for its golf course which was designed by the renown Gary Player. It also boasts one of the largest marinas in Spain with over 2,000 berths and excellent boatyard facilities.

In the low season its a a sleepy Spanish village for that great relaxing family holiday but in the high season it transforms itself a buzzing family resort with loads of activities to keep everyone occupied no matter how long your stay.

More people each year are discovering the beaches, the sun, atmosphere and the natural beauty of this area.

If you are looking for a relaxed way of life/ Holiday, free from stress, in a healthy environment, then Almerimar is for you.

Almerimar has an 27 hole course. The club has all necessary facilities, such as the hire of clubs, golf buggies and a shop.

Water sports for the sports enthusiast there are excellent activities available. You can practice all kinds of aquatic sports such as wind-surfing, swimming, fishing, diving, boating and yachting.

As Almerimar is only two hours from the snows of Sierra Nevada it is possible to go skiing in the morning then return to soak up the sun on the beach in the afternoon.

Almeria’s climate is subtropical Mediterranean, warm and dry, and holds the title of being the Andalucian city with the most hours of sun a year, a total of over 3,100.

The Alcazaba fortress, with its three walled enclosures dating back to 955. Its perched high up on a hill with fantastic views looking down onto the city and port.;

The Christian Cathedral dating back to 1524 which is another interesting place to visit

"Well equiped apartment, great balcony and views"

We stayed here in August this year, the apartment is really well equipped and the apartment was big enough for the 4 of us to stay comfortably. The swimming pool in the complex was clean and didn… More

"Nice apartment in Almeria"

Found this apartment on Owners Direct. Apartment was exactly as described. On arrival there was a small problem with area agent, which was sorted within a very short time once we had contacted Peter the owner. Peter was extremely good to deal with from the very first contact. One of the best things about this apartment is the huge L-shaped balcony, which the photo's just don't do it justice. The balcony catches the sun for almost all of the day and into the evening. The apartment was very clean and modern and the had all the things that you would expect. The kitchen was also very well equipped. From the apartment through a small arch across the road was the port area with a small selection of bars and restaurants. The only thing missing was internet access. The beach was a little disappointing, but we travelled further afield with a car. The area itself was very clean. If we go to this area of Spain again we would look to booking this apartment again.
