Only 2 years old this apartment includes air conditioning/heating and Satellite TV. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with lots of storage, one with a double bed, the other with 2 twin beds. There is also a sofa-bed in the lounge. The balcony also has a table and chairs for relaxing outdoors or watching the sunset. Towels and spare bedding are provided.
Peaceful location, easy access, new community with large free-form pool and children's play areas. It is also just a short walk to both the beach and the nature reserve.

The Costa de Almeria region
Costa de Almeria is still unspoilt by high rise hotels and tower blocks. The area as a whole still has a large attraction for many Spanish tourists and so retains an original "Spanish" feel, although it is becoming increasingly popular with British tourists looking for something a little different. There are many historical places of interest locally and white-washed villages to explore. There are several excellent golf courses nearby, with one right in the heart of Almerimar itself.
Almerimar / Alta Entinas area
Almerimar has beaches either side of the marina which stretch as far as the eye can see. The marina itself is home to most of the bars and restaurants, which serve a wide selection of cuisines. There is a 27 hole golf course, boating trips, kite-surfing and horse riding all close at hand.
How to get there
Almeria airport is only a forty minute drive, mostly motorway, and is served by many UK carriers from a wide choice of destinations, particularly in the Summer months.
