The apartments of Brisas de Almerimar, over look lake Largo Victoria, on the outskirts of the town of Almerimar, called in some travel books as the "Hidden Oasis " of Almeria, It has an 18 hole golf course "with an extension to 27 holes under way", most of the surrounding area is Natural park " Punta Entinas", where you can go horse riding, wind and kitesurfing, Watch the wild life. or just take in the views of the lovely 13 klm sandy beach. In front of the apartments is a well-lit promenarde ideal for Cycling, Roller Blading, Jogging, or just walking. and all this on your door step. Leave the complex cross the road turn left and within a 20 mins walk down the promenarde you will be on a 1000 boat sports marina, with Shops, Bars, Restaurants and Super Market, Bank. With plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Complex has two communal pools, one is kidney shaped approx 22m long, and the seconed is a smaller shallow chilrens pool. The pools are open from 11.30am 9.pm ( Spanish law require a life-guard to be on duty at all times), the beach is only a two minute walk away, or take the time to top up your tan on the terrace which get the full sun most of the afternoon.
The complex has a Sports and Social club with Gym and 2 Saunas, which should be open early 2009, also has a chilrens play area.
In phase two there is one paddle court, plus swimming pool, and childs pool and grass area.
In phase three there is one tennis court, plus swimming pool, and childs pool, and grass area.
There is also secure underground parking, with lift access to apartments door.
Also 5 min walk away is a large Rowing lake
Just a 2hr 30min Drive away from the Sierra Nevada mountian range (Skiing from December to April).
Granada 2hr Drive Away with its ancient mosque, palace and fortress.
Our house keeper will meet you on arrival at the apartment and give you the keys, and remote for the parking.She will provide you with clean bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay. The apartment will be cleaned before you get there and after you leave. This cost is 30 euro's which you must pay the house keeper when you arrive at the apartment.
It will be your responsiblity to clean apartment during your stay.
Strictly No Smoking, Execept on the terrace.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required with final payment, to be refunded within two weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)

The apartments are next door each other available for rent as one, or both at the same time for larger Groups and families. Golfers welcome for short stays at special rates

Almeria is located in southeastern Spain on the Mediterranean Sea. Full of Moorish history with its many fortresses, and castles, with the second largest "Alcazaba" in Almeria its self watching over its large sea port, and the Mediterranean.
Almeria's Climate is sub-tropical Mediterranean with moderate summers,warm winters and clear skies throughout most of the year, Desert and sea accompany the most productive and fertile

There are a wealth of activities to enjoy in the area which include: Water sports, Golf, Horseriding, Climbing, mountain biking, fishing, balooning, Skiing (in the Sierra Nevada mountains), Aqua Parks, Theme parks, Wildlife parks and Zoos.

Almeria is the nearest airport serverd by Monarch air all year round, ( Mytravel air summer only ), Bmi Baby flying from Cardiff from May 22nd 2009, Birmingham, with budget flights also from Standford, Gatwick, (Easyjet/Rynair) Almeria is 34 kilometers motorway drive away. Transfers con be arranged if you wish around 45 euros. or rent a car (carjet.com we find are the best for prices).
Malaga is approximately 190 kilometers 2 -15 mins drive on the E15 and some beautiful coast roads, But when the new link road is open(late 2007) it will be mostly motorway, which should cut your drive time down by at least 35 min. bn,b
Malaga airport is severd by most budget airline (Eg: Easyjet/Bmi Baby, Thomson cook ). with many competitive car hire firms ( carjet.com we find are the best for prices)
You can also fly in to Murica apporximately 250 kilometers a straightforward motorway drive away (just over a 2hour).
