The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Almancil / Vale Formoso area
There's a variety of fabulous restaurants, shops and bars in close proximity to the villa. It's a paradise for both golfers and families. Beautiful beaches within a few milles and plenty for the kids offering go karting tracks, horse riding facilities, every kind of water sport and much more.
Quarteira has a huge market every Wednesday, antique markets are every sunday all over the Algarve. Vale do Lobo, and Vilamoura with it´s night life that is a paradise for young adults, is only 5 mins drive away.
Carnival festival main event in February is in Loulé town. The shellfish festival is in July and August , the Sardine festival is in June, and the motorbike festival is in July, etc.
How to get there
20 mins by car from Faro Airport. Easy drive from Airport where thereare many on site Car Hire companies. Otherwise simply take a Taxi. Arrangements can also be made to collect you from Airport. Villa is very private but easy to find.

Further details indoors: Casa Antonia is approached through private gates along a driveway allowing parking for 4 cars. The villa has been restored and furnished recently to the highest standards and quality. It has four large bedrooms, one with a king size bed, two doubles and one with twin beds, three large new bathrooms [two en-suite], cloakroom/utility with washing machine; impressive large open plan lounge with Sky satellite, Plasma TV, DVD Surround Sound and film library, CD hi-fi system, and an adjacent large dining area seating 8. The fully equipped new kitchen has a cooker, microwave, large fridge, large freezer and drinks fridge with freezer compartments, a dishwasher and usual general appliances. Maid service is provided.
The lounge has an effective remote controlled gas fire. Central heating/air conditioning units are in the lounge and all bedrooms and each bathroom has a heater.
Further details outdoors: The villa is in almost one half of an acre of private lawns and beautiful mature gardens . A south west facing terrace along the length of the villa looks onto the heated swimming pool [pool heater optional].There is a large roof terrace for sun bathing and sea views. The BBQ area is at the side of the pool with sun loungers, chairs, tables and parasols. There is a shaded dining terrace with table and benches overlooking the pool.
