Casa Rhumonte is situated in the Vale Formoso area near the town of Almancil. It is approached by a private drive and overlooks the coastline giving uninterupted views of the algarve coast .The villa is not overlooked and has a large garden. with a good sized pool wth ample patio furniture. Covered barbecue area .

This luxury villa is ideal for families being very spacious and having 5 bedrooms with 4 en-suites The lounge has satellite tv -large plasma screen and a dvd player .. Internet access is available . Seating for 10 people. The dining room is ajoining the lounge area. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a laundry room for the freezer and room for storage . The master bedroom upstairs has a king size double bed with en suite and terrace giving beautiful views of the coastine .

Casa Rhumonte is 20 mins drive from Faro Airport and 10 mins from the beaches and golf. The villa is in an elevated position facing south approached by a private driveway giving splendid views of the Algarve coastline . Located about 2 kilometres from the town of Almancil and with several restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The pool area has the sun all day and has ample areas for sun bathing in the large garden .
The built in barbecue is in a covered area and has a table and chairs for outside dining .

Conditions

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking with balance payable 6 weeks before your departure .
Also a refundable £400 damage deposit is required to be paid with the balance .This will be refunded when all is found to be in order after your visit .

The busy town of Almancil is the business centre for this part of the Algarve having many shops offices banks and supermarkets and many restaurants and bars . There is an interesting market on Sundays .
Vale Formoso lies on a hill just beyond the town of Almancil giving wide views of coast and country areas.
