About the home

This beautiful new three bedroom apartment is both spacious and furnished to a very high standard offering, luxury, style and comfort and is a credit to its owners, who have created a homely and welcoming feel.
The living room offers plenty of seating area with plasma TV and home entertainment system. Their is a balcony off the lounge with patio furniture which overlooks a park area.
This fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, oven and ceramic hob is complemented with a large dining table and chair for couples or families.
The first bedroom is tastefully furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed with charming ornate furnishings with lots of storage space. The last bedroom has a lovely fresh sea breeze feel to the room and has two single beds, again with storage and side units.
The apartment has two bathrooms one with a large shower and the other has the benefit of a bath with shower over it.

On a Sunday you can take a stroll down to the local gypsy market where you can find bags, belts, shoes and t-shirts at bargain prices. You can have a day out at Zoomarine swimming with the dolphins or at one of the water parks where there are many rides to enjoy. A 10 minute car drive away takes you to Vilamoura where you can browse the various shops on the marina or try some of the local dishes at the many restaurants. Close to the marina are the lovely sun kissed beaches and famous golf courses. Just a 2 hour drive away is Spain where you can visit the city of Seville.

Is only 5 minutes drive to Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo famous for its luxury properties and celebrity residence, so you can be sure of enjoying first class amenities in pleasant surroundings. Top class golf courses, several times voted as the “Golf Destination of the Year” surprising the players with breathtaking views. Ocean Golf Course (in Vale Lobo) was designed by the famous Sir Henry Cotton.

The beautiful sandy beaches still preserves wild characteristics with dunes and vegetation due to her closeness to Ria Formosa, but it has all the facilities that you need such as beach bars and restaurants. In Almancil you will find all the amenities, Apolónia Supermarket is well known by having UK brands. For shopping go to Quinta Shopping or Vale do Lobo Shopping where you will find designer clothes.

Situated minutes walk from the amenities, this new apartment has a central location, is near the top Golf Course and Beaches. Almancil has good local bus and taxi services to all major towns and the nearest railway station is just 10 minutes drive from Almancil, with links to Lisbon and North Portugal. 25 minutes from Faro Airport on the EN125. Faro Airport is serviced by most low cost airlines such as Monarch, Easy jet, Thomson fly, Bmi Baby and there are good motorway network. We can arrange airport transfers and car hire.
