The villa has lovely views over the mountains and is surrounded by a beautiful garden and fruit trees. Located in a road without traffic (cul de sac), private and quiet area with swimming pool, terrace with sunloungers and umbrellas. The garden is spacious and has a barbecue area, table and chairs to eal all fresco. Has a covered terrace with pool and garden access. Has a spacious living room traditional style and comfortable lounge. Upstairs there are four lovely decorated bedrooms, one with access to a first floor terrace with views over the pool and the mountains. Has parking space for your car. At walking distance from home there are two restaurants and in a short drive there are more restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars in Almancil and Loulé. Also near the beaches and golf courses of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura.

On the ground floor has a spacious living room with dining table and lounge with doors open up to access the private pool and garden. Has a fully equipped kitchen, includes dishwasher and washing machine and a family bathroom with bath. Upstairs access to the bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and a safe to keep your belongins and another beautiful decorated bathroom with bath. Outside there is a table and chairs and sunloungers to relax beside the pool.

There is a private swimming pool, measures: 9m x 4m, depth: 1m X 2m, sunloungers and umbrellas, barbecue, shower for pool, table and chairs to eat outside around the pool. Covered terrace with view over the pool and upstairs roof terrace with pool and countryside views. Parking space inside the property for the cars.

- Booking deposit, 40%, required for booking the property (not refundable) payable online by credit card, debit card, Paypal or bank transfer.

- Balance payment, 60%, to be paid on the arrival day, in cash with presentation of the apartment and delivery of the keys to the guests.

Security: the amount of 250€ in cash is required for security breakage of the house equipment. This must be paid on the arrival day and will be refunded on the departure day providing no damage or loss occurred in the house.

Hour of arrival is any time from 2.00 pm and hour of departure is until 10.00 am (this is for allow time for cleaning and preparing the property for the next guests).

Long term lets over 1 month considered starting October until April, please enquiry for prices per month.

The Algarve region

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Algarve is just perfect for a relaxing and fun holiday. With a long beautiful coast with beaches of fine sand and transparent water in the east and with high rocks and cliffs, exotic vegetation in the west side.

Almost a full year of sun, several choice of golf courses, being a attraction for players all over the world. The marinas are offering great activities like boat trips around the coast, dolphin watching and fishing. Sailing and deep fishing are a delight for those who like to enjoy sealife. Countryside is worth a look with beautiful mountains, great views and tasty food. Morning markets, flea markets and gypsy markets are a visit card for people that love the fresh food and look for the specialities of the Algarve. So much to discover, it is great to live in the Algarve! Highly recommended!

Almancil

The property is located in a central location, there are 2 restaurants at walking distance from home. There is a local supermarket also at walking distance. More choice of supermarkets like Aldi, Apolónia and Pingo Doce (includes restaurant) in Almancil at aproximately 5 minutes driving from home. More restaurants like traditional portuguese food, italian pizza and chicken piri in the local town. If you prefer you can also visit the local morning market at Loulé at aproximately 10 minutes drive from home with the daily fresh fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. In the main avenue of Loulé there are local shops, banks, pharmacies, restaurants.

It is aproximately 10 minutes drive to the nearest beaches of Vale do Lobo, Vale do Garrão and Quinta do Lago. The nearest waterparks are Atlântico and Aquashow, open only in the summer. For golf players one of the nearest golf course is Vila Sol in the road direction to Quarteira and more choice of golf courses in Vilamoura.

There are also bars in Almancil some with large screens for watching sports channels, live music and karaoke. The most of the night bars are closing at 4.00 am and discos are closing at 7.00 am. Discos can be found in Vilamoura and Albufeira.

Karting in Almancil is also great to go for those who like to drive in a difficult course and race with their friends in a karting car.

Bycicle hiring near the 4 estradas (4 roads roundabout) for cycling during your holiday.

In a short drive, visit Vilamoura, with the lovely Marina, Casino and Disco. Choose your favourite cruise (some with champagne and barbecue option) and enjoy the boat trips and look at the beautiful coast, the dolphin's, visit the caves and fish the shark, reef and conger.

10 mins drive from the 5 star beaches (Quinta do Lago, Ancão e Vale do Lobo). Flat beaches of fine sand, with beautiful cliffs and pines. Restaurants and bars close by. You can also choose from other beautiful beaches like Praia do Trafal, Praia do Loulé Velho, Praia de Quarteira, Praia de Vilamoura and Praia da Falésia, being the main ones. Most of them offering fun water activities and good for snorkelling.

In Guia, you will find Zoomarine, entertaining and educational oceanographic facility with all kinds of amusement like: dolphin's show, tropical aquarium, cinema, fairground rides, arcade games and swimming pools. Bars and restaurants can found be inside.

Tennis academies, in Vale do Lobo with tennis courts, tournaments, professional coaches providing lessons.

Many water activities in Vilamoura Marina with boat charters, dolphin watching, parascending cruises, jet ski hire, wakeboarding, water skiing, ringo rides and banana rides.
