About the home

This spacious villa has 2 double and 2 triple rooms, also 2 put up beds which can fit into one of the large bedrooms if required will easily sleep 10 people with the comfort of air-conditioning in hot summer days and central heating on the chilly off-season stays.

The villa has a large garden with plenty of grass for kids to play around safely, 3 distinct patio areas, 2 terraces upstairs for private sessions of Sun bathing, a games room with snooker, a tennis and a football table, gas BBQ and last but not least a large 11x6 meter swimming pool.

Close to some of the best beaches and all the amenities of places such as Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago – tennis, golf, horse riding and watersports. Restaurants/supermarkets and the local fish and vegetable markets are all easily accessible and for the more adventurous – waterparks, bars and nightclubs are also located nearby.

Large airy, bright room with plenty of seating and patio doors, which lead onto the terrace and garden.

• The Kitchen/Dining area…..
Very well equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences – fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher that opens into the dining area with a large dining table and 8 chairs. (outside on the terrace is a large table with 10 chairs which is used more often).

• The bedrooms…..
4 large bedrooms – 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs which makes it an ideal arrangement for two families.
o Upstairs – Master bedroom with super king size bed and ensuite hydromassage bath, shower and toilet. Twin room with room for extra put up bed which is stored in the base of one of the singles, ensuite bath, shower and toilet.
o Downstairs – Double bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower and toilet. Twin room with extra bed and ensuite bath, shower and toilet.

Each bedroom opens onto a large terrace giving a very open feel, ideal for relaxing.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes for plenty of storage space.

• The basement….
Utility Room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying frame, iron and ironing board.
Games/TV Room contains DVD Television – table football and children’s board games and books.

The villa is set in a very distinct deluxe urbanization within the golden triangle, very quiet and close to the beaches, golf courses and all the amenities of this well-known touristic hot spot in the Algarve.

• This property is managed by professionals; therefore you can expect that any problem that may arise before, during or after your stay will be treated with all due attention, seriousness and diligence.
• Changeover days are flexible.
• The weekly price includes cleaning and changeover once a week if staying for more than a week; further cleanings and/or maid service may be available as an extra, please enquire.
• Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am. These hours may be flexible depending on the previous and next bookings.
• All utility bills are included in the rental price for short-term lets. There are no hidden costs.

Conditions

• A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid up to 8 weeks before arrival.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Almancil / Fonte Algarve area

The area has many outdoor activities focused around the beaches and golf.
Close by are activities such as horse riding, tennis, go karting, water park (Aquashow), golf, golf, golf!!
Almancil has plenty of shops for everyday things. Faro is 20 minutes away and is the historic capital - old streets, cafes and plenty of shops. Take the boat trip to Ilha Deserta from Faro a great day out to a deserted island - except the other sunbathers.

“Villa was absolutely stunning” Everyone in the party had a fantastic stay at villa magnolia. Our teenage son enjoyed the pool table and our little girls loved the pool. The villa really did cater for all 8 of us and would totally recommend this vacation rental to friends. The only negative side is that car hire is essential and the pool could have been maintained better.

“Fabulous villa - wondeful holiday!!” We have just returned from a fabulous 10 day holiday at Villa Magnolia. As a large extended family of varying generations we have had many villa holidays in this region of the Algarve and can honestly say this has been the loveliest villa we have stayed in and the best value for money! The location is excellent as you can access Almancil, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura all within 10 mins drive. The villa is extremely child friendly with lots of toys/games to keep all ages (including teenagers) entertained. The attention to detail was second to none. This villa certainly has been well cared for and is a true family villa. The villa was extremely well equipped and nothing too much trouble for Antonio and his wife (excellent English) who looked after the villa and all our needs. The garden was exceptionally well manicured and to be truthful idyllic!! We were so sorry we hadn't booked to stay longer but hope to return again soon! Truly one of our best holidays!! Thank you so much - we will be back! 5 star!!! (Take a speed boat tour along the coast from Vilamoura - highlight of the holiday!!) Response: Thank you so much for your review.
