The villa has a large lounge with a fireplace and wall mounted flat screen LCD TV wired to the SKY/BBC free to air service.and also has a DVD. There is wireless broadband throughout the villa. The lounge has an internal dining table and six chairs and gives access out to the private outdoor dining area with a table and 10 chairs. This area has a gas barbeque and is partially shaded by an electronic awning.
There is a modern contemporary kitchen with all facilities and a breakfast table and two stools.
One bedroom and bathroom is located downstairs together with a storage room and security safe.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms en suite. The master bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen TV wired separately to Free to Air on separate channel selection.There is a large outdoor terrace with two sun loungers and a table and two chairs and shade.There is an outdoor plug for working on a laptop at the table. The terrace faces westwards accross the Pool area for watching the setting sun with a glass of wine!

The Algarve region
This villa is located in possibly the most convenient location in the "Golden Triangle". Vale d`Eguas is located at the west end of Almancil on the road to Loule close to the Karting Track and Appolonia Supermarket. It is located just north of the En 125 roadway through Almancil and therefore adjoins open countryside, more interesting and reasonably priced restaurants and shops but is only a few minutes drive to the more touristy activites south of the En 125 of beaches, marinas, water parks, shopping and of course the 12 golf courses found in the Quinto do Lago, Val do Lobo and Vilamoura complexes.
Almancil / Vale d'Eguas area
The complex adjoins the village of Vale d`Eguas on its east boundary while on the west it faces out to rolling countryside and hillsides behind which the sun sets attractively. There is a local Portuguese restaurent 2 minutes walk which serves good family fare while producing its own wine for the adults. Less than a minute walk further on is a famous Mozambique restaurant serving more adult fare, curried prawns and other exotic dishes together with its own wine also.
A three minute drive down the road brings you to a Spanish Paella and Tapas restaurant, an Italian pizza/pasta outlet and an English owned full range restaurant. All allow you take out their produce for enjoying back at the villa.
Finally there is a small local shop out the back gate of the complex which a little bit of everything. So if you run out of bottled water, beer, wine, cleaning powder, toothpaste or whatever it can be found there but obviously at a higher price than driving 10 minutes to the excellent Hypermarket on the fringes of Loule at the topof the Estrada Vale d`Eguas.
How to get there
The local airport is Faro and is a 15 minute drive to the villa. Faro is served by daily direct flights from many UK airports by Easyjet, Monarch and Ryanair while daily direct flights from Irish airports are available from Ryanair and Aer Lingus.
Car hire is advisable and is available at the airport. It is also possible to take a taxi to the villa and walk to local amenites while taking a local taxi on longer journeys.

25 % deposit secures booking. The remainder is due 6 weeks before start of holiday. Change over day is Friday (flexible). Breakage Deposit of 300 Sterling or 400 Euro is required which will be returned within two weeks of departure.
