While the villa look has a traditional Portuguese look from the outside, inside is very modern in its design and fit out.
There is a large contemporary kitchen with electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. The lounge has an internal extendable dining able and six chairs and gives access through two sets of glass sliding doors out to the private outdoor dining area with a table and 10 chairs. This area also has a gas barbecue . The lounge, which is very spacious, also has a flat screen LCD TV wired to the free to air satellite service and a DVD player. .
One of the three double bedrooms is on the ground floor and there is also a storage room which includes a security safe. A bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground floor
The hall is large and has a full length mirror.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms en suite . There is also a large outdoor terrace with two sun loungers and a table and two chairs and shade. An outdoor plug socket is also located on the terrace. The terrace can be accessed through sliding glass doors from the master bedroom or through a glass door from the upstairs landing.

There is a flat screen TV linked to Satellite and a DVD player in the lounge and Broadband Wireless internet . There is air conditioning throughout the house. All the floors in the house have marble tiles with underfloor heating and with an individual thermostat control in each room. There are granite worktops in the kitchen together with a fire blanket and fire extinguisher. There is a safe for valuables and the alarm system is very easy to operate when entering and leaving property. There are three showers and two baths.

In addition to indoor dining there is a private outdoor dining area and an upper floor terrace for private sun bathing. The large communal pool is in the centre of the small complex and overlooks the communal gardens and play areas. The pool area is ideal for sunbathing and there are sunloungers and tables with umbrellas surrounding the pool. The complex is ideal for children as while they have plenty of room to play, the play area is fenced off and whole complex is surrounded by a combination of electric gates, walls and a fence. Also, while the facilites are designed for use by the occupants of all five house in the complex, it is unusual to have more than two or three houses occupied at the same time. It is possible to have as little or as much interaction with other occupants as desired.
25% deposit secures booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before start of holiday. Change over day is flexible.
Payment may be made by cheque, bank transfer or by Credit card or Debit card.
Breakage deposit of 300 Sterling or 40o Euro is required but will will be returned within one wek of departure.
The Algarve region
This villa is located in the small village of Vale D'Equas. The village itself has two local restaurants, a local shop and a local bar. It is very close to the very popular Apolonia supermarket, the karting track and the local Portuguese towns of Almancil and Loule. It adjoins open countryside and is ideally situated for the numerous excellent and reasonably priced restaurants in the area. However, it also is only a short drive to the many beautiful beaches and other coastal activites of marinas, water parks, shopping and the 12 golf courses found in the Quinto do Lago, Val do Lobo and Vilamoura complexes.
It is a small safe and secure complex of five houses adjoining a local village. It is very convenient to be able to walk to the local restaurnats and bar and the local shop which, at time of writing, still sold four beers for one euro! It is only a short drive to Loule, which has both a hige hypermarket and a large custom built market selling all kinds of fish, fruit, and vegatables. The coastal town of Quarteira is also only a short drive away with its famous fish market. So, whether is the beach, the golf course, water parks, local markets, or just quite relaxation, the villa is ideally located.
