Casa Bella Vista is a stunning home fully refurbished in 2009 to high standards as a private holiday home and consequently its fitout surpasses most rental properties.
Located minutes from Almancil, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and a 15 minute drive from Faro airport, Casa Bella Vista is an amazing house with all the Algarve has to offer on its doorstep.
We're five minutes drive from the Aquashow waterpark and ten minutes from Vilamoura and Quarteira.
We have a great little restaurant a short walk away called "A Carruagem". during the Summer you need to book - it's very popular
Unusually for the Algarve, the villa has an outdoor hot-tub from which you can take in the inescapable view.
One full side of the pool has a shallow area on which you can walk the full length. It’s surprisingly refreshing!
Outside, between the kitchen and the Barbeque is a massive table sheltered by a bougainvillea clad pergola.
With its elevated position, Casa Bella Vista is usually blessed with a cooling breeze.

On the ground floor level there is a wheelchair equipped bathroom and there are accessible bedrooms at this level also
At basement level there is a den with TV etc and on ground level is the formal living area.
The kitchen is huge and it's south facing patio doors offer a full view of the pool and garden, with the view extending to the coast.

There is private parking for four cars behind the villa's electric gates.

35% payable with booking, 65% plus €500 security deposit payable eight weeks prior to stay.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Central Algarve is where the Portuguese go for holidays.
The climate is very close to that of California with 300 days of sunshine per year and rarely becoming too hot.
Tourism is big business in the Algarve, so everything you would expect in a sunshine holiday is within easy reach.
There is a huge amount available for every taste through historical centres, nature reserves and outdoors activities. golfing, equestrian and water sports being just a few of the activities on offer.
The Almancil area
This is a great location, just beside the resorts, but at just sufficient distance to have a flavour of the real Portugal.
Aquashow waterpark is five minutes away. The Algarve has a huge range of amenities, available for most of the year (with the exception of the waterparks). Within short drives you'll find Zoomarine marine park, waterparks, several beaches, historic Loule, Algarve Shopping Mall, Vilamoura Marina, Albufeira, numerous golf courses...
Just down the road you'll find Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, and within thirty minutes, more golf courses than you could play even if you were to play every day for a month.
Within walking distance is a great restaurant, A Carruagem, and Loule train station which will get you to Lisbon in a couple of hours, if you fancied a day or two up there.

Casa Bella Vista is a 15 minute drive from Faro airport, mostly by motorway and is well signposted. taxi costs €30-€40. Allof the major and many local car-hire operators are based in Faro airport. Ryanair has established a hub at Faro airport and has excellent connections to many European cities.
