This delightful, modern villa is situated at the end of a block of four set in a quiet location with large, mature enclosed gardens and enjoying the benefit of a large shared pool with walk in steps and underwater lighting. With use of a free tennis court on site, long safe sandy beaches and Championship golf courses just a 10 minute drive away you'll be spoilt for choice as to how to spend your holiday time!
Air conditioned during the summer months and heated throughout for the cooler months this is the perfect property in which to enjoy an all year round break. With both covered and open terraces to the front and rear of the property there are plenty of areas to enjoy the sunshine or shade as sun loungers, parasols and outdoor patio furniture is supplied.
The third double bedroom is situated in the basement area with an en suite shower room. For indoor entrainment there is also a pool table and sofa in the basement area.
All bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning charges are inclusive of the rental price.
Whilst car rental is recommended this is not an essential as local taxis are clean, reliable and inexpensive.

The lounge/dining area is situated on the ground floor with satellite tv, two sofas and patio doors opening onto the terrace with garden furniture to enjoy al-fresco dining.
Steps lead down to the basement area and 2nd double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
A settee and pool table are located in the basement area for further indoor entertainment.
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything needed to enjoy a self catering holiday.
Upstairs on the first floor are two further bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed, triple wardrobes and patio doors leading onto a large terrace to 2 sides with views of the pool, gardens and local hillsides with sea views in the distance.
The twin bedroom has two single beds again with patio door leading onto a small balcony and enjoying views of the surrounding countryside.
The master bathroom is also located on the first floor and contains a double sink, toilet and bath with shower over.

The villa is within easy walking distance of local supermarkets, cafes and several top class restaurants. A short 10 min drive will take you to a number of safe sandy beaches and Championship golf courses.
Outside is the beautiful large pool surrounded by manicured gardens and lawned areas.

* Full payment for the total will be required for all bookings made within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday.
* A Security Deposit of £150 is required with final payment - refunded after full inspection of the property.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve has the best climate in Europe with over 300 days of sunshine a year. Even in winter the temperature is often up to 20 deg.C during the day with chilly morning and evenings (bring a sweater). In summer the area is fanned by cool Atlantic breezes making it the ideal climate year round.
Within half an hours drive are many places of historic and cultural interest the two closest being
Loule (charming market town) 10 mins drive and Faro (historic provincial capital) 20 mins drive.
The area is easily accessible by car to Lisbon and Seville (both approx. 2.5 hrs by car) There is also an excellent train service to Lisbon.
The Almancil / Vale Formoso area
Almancil is a vibrant but small and friendly Portuguese town in the "Golden Triangle" of Central Algarve and has more than 200 restaurants and bars, cafes etc.
The famous beaches and golf courses are just away 10 minutes by car.
