You will not be disappointed with your choice! The villa is only a few minutes drive to Bonalba Golf Club and the beaches of Alicante San Juan Playa and El Campello.

For golfers the Bonalba Golf Resort is only 5 minutes away, in fact there are over 15 golf courses within a 1 hours drive of the resort, including Villamartin, La Dequesa, Alicante, La Sella, La Finca and Campoamar. For shopping, there is a Carrefour hypermarket located in San Juan, whilst in the seaside town of El Campello there are endless shops, numerous bars and restaurants overlooking the sea.

There is also Alicante, with it's huge harbour area, endless bars, restaurants , clubs and of course, superb shopping. Take an evening stroll in Alicante at night. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Alicante / Muchamiel area

El Campello, San Juan Playa boast some of the best and longest beaches closest to Alicante. Mutxamel is a typical Spanish town, just 10 minutes from the beach and 5 mins from the beautiful Bonalba Golf complex where you can spend a day having a game of golf at your leisure. Or for the children, the popular Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm along with Mundomar, Aqualandia, are only 30 mins drive away.

Guaranteed weather makes it the more enjoyable. The biggest hypermarket in the area is located in San Juan, few minutes from Mutxamel and Campello for all your easy shopping. The villa is fully equipped for a perfect holiday. Home from home. Beautiful landscaped garden and huge covered terrace to sit on in the evenings just relaxing or to escape the heat, or having a barbecue. The pool is larger than most being 10x5 mts. Safe Roman steps into the pool is ideal for all ages. Pool reaches temperatures of 26-30º C in the height of the summer. Perfect.
A gas barbecue is on the covered terrace to use along with table and chairs and small fridge to keep those drinks cool. A full size pool table to play on with the kids. Outside lights that show the garden and pool at night. Take a midnight swim to end the perfect day.

1. Payment must be paid in full 60 days prior to your holiday. A 25% non refundable deposit is paid on booking. Clients will be notified when final payment is due. Payment by bank transfer only in either GBP or Euros. ***A 10% discount on monies if paid in full at time of booking

2. A 300 GBP fully refundable deposit is paid against damages and breakages. Parents responsible for children and electrical equipment.

3. Guests must be responsible for their own travel insurance.

4. No smoking allowed inside the villa.

5. Guests must be responsible for children with the swimming pool and area.

6. A representative will greet the guests at the villa or at an agreed meeting point ie. airport with the keys.

7. All linen and towels will be provided and during stays these will be changed for clean items weekly.

8. All guests must leave the villa at 10 am on day of departure. Earliest arrival time 4 pm.

9. All bookings Saturday to Saturday unless previously agreed.

10.Cancellations 60 + days prior to holiday - full refund

40-59 days - 70% refund

25-39 days - 35% refund

0- 24 days - No refund
