About the home

The villa has everything required for a fantastic holiday: air-con, 42 inch LCD television with satellite English TV with Sky Plus including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV, 2 luxury bathrooms, with large walk-in showers, new kitchen, 4 large spacious bedrooms and a dressing room. There is an 80 mt naya and the various terraces are perfect for al-fresco dining. Very comfortable house - ideal for the perfect holiday for families or just for people who want to relax and enjoy the good weather. Sit by the pool, undisturbed, enjoying the scenery, yet minutes to beautiful beaches and nightlife.

You will not be disappointed with your choice! The villa is only a few minutes drive to Bonalba Golf Club and the beaches of Alicante San Juan Playa and El Campello.

For golfers the Bonalba Golf Resort is only 5 minutes away, in fact there are over 15 golf courses within a 1 hours drive of the resort, including Villamartin, La Dequesa, Alicante, La Sella, La Finca and Campoamar. For shopping, there is a Carrefour hypermarket located in San Juan, whilst in the seaside town of El Campello there are endless shops, numerous bars and restaurants overlooking the sea.

There is also Alicante, with it's huge harbour area, endless bars, restaurants , clubs and of course, superb shopping. Take an evening stroll in Alicante at night. See the castle lit up overlooking the vast harbour full of yachts and beautiful boats. Sit by the waters edge in one of the many restaurants. You will be spoilt for choice. The villa is fully equipped for a perfect holiday. Home from home. Beautiful landscaped garden - totally secure -and huge covered terrace to sit on in the evenings just relaxing or to escape the heat, or having a barbecue. The pool is larger than most being 10x5 mts. Safe Roman steps into the pool is ideal for all ages. Pool reaches temperatures of 30º C in the height of the summer. Perfect.
A gas barbecue is on the covered terrace to use along with table and chairs and comfy sofa. A full size pool table to play on with the kids. Automatic outside lights that show the garden and pool at night. Take a midnight swim to end the perfect day.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is one of the most popular areas in Spain. Beautiful long white sand safe beaches, bars restaurants, watersports and scenery. Alicante is the main airport and the city of Alicante is very colourful and vibrant. Just stroll along the promenade and view the huge boats in the vast marina, sit and take in the atmosphere.

Laze on the many superb very long uncrowded beaches. San Juan Playa, Campello, 7 kilometres of beautiful sandy beaches and others are all just a short drive away. Or go up into the mountains to Alcoy and take in the breathtaking views over the Mediterranean! Warm evenings and sunny days make the Costa Blanca an area not to be missed.

The Alicante / Muchamiel area

El Campello, San Juan Playa boast some of the best and longest beaches closest to Alicante. Mutxamel is a typical Spanish town, just 10 minutes from the beach and 5 mins from the beautiful Bonalba Golf complex where you can spend a day having a game of golf at your leisure. Or for the children, the popular Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm along with Mundomar, Aqualandia, are only 30 mins drive away.

Guaranteed weather makes it the more enjoyable. The biggest hypermarket in the area is located in San Juan, few minutes from Mutxamel and Campello for all your easy shopping. Maybe take a trip into the city of Alicante where you can shop to your heart's delight in the big department stores. Or take a boat trip over to the island of Tabarca. Other must sees are -

Certainly 5* villa!! There were only 6 of us (3 adults, 3 children) at the villa,though it takes more, and it was heavenly to get up in the morning to eat breakfast on the terrace overlooking such beautiful settings. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Great pool. Kids loved it. Everything kept first class. Recommend it to anyone.

We had never been to this area before, and now we're really happy we chose it. Very private villa - lovely. Not too far from the beach, and restaurants, but so nice to return to the villa each evening. To sit outside and just have a barbecue without being disturbed. Kids safe and happy which helps!!!! Went to Benidorm, but glad to come back to the house. Much nicer away from the maddening crowds. A really good holiday and we were really impressed with alicante. Thumbs up!

1. Payment must be paid in full 60 days prior to your holiday. A 25% non refundable deposit is paid on booking. Clients will be notified when final payment is due. Payment by bank transfer only in either GBP or Euros.

2. A 300 GBP fully refundable deposit is paid against damages and breakages (including all outside furniture). Guests to take responsibility for children and electrical equipment.

3. Guests must be responsible for their own health and travel insurance.

4. No smoking allowed inside the villa.

5. Guests must be responsible for children with the swimming pool and area.

6. A representative will greet the guests at the villa or at an agreed meeting point ie. airport with the keys.

7. All linen and bathroom towels will be provided and during stays these will be changed for clean items weekly. Beach towels not provided.

8. The garden and pool with be attended to each week.

9. All guests must leave the villa at 10 am on day of departure. Earliest arrival time 4 pm.

10. All bookings Saturday to Saturday unless previously agreed with the owners.

11. Cancellations 60 + days prior to holiday - full refund of balance

(25% deposit non refundable)

40-59 days - 70% refund

25-39 days - 35% refund
