Three bedroom, two bathroom villa with solarium overlooking the two salt lakes (Las Salinas) of Torrevieja. Situated near orange and lemon groves in the countryside. a communal pool and children's play areas (zona verdes) are within short walking distance from our villa.
There is an on-site "supermarket" and cafes / bars within 5 minutes walking distance form the property. There is a wide selection of local bars and restaurants (Chinese, Indian, Italian and various Tapas Bars) in Los Montesinos village which is only a short drive away or 30 minute walk away.
Views of the Las Salinas - La Mata and Torrevieja salt water lagoons. Supermarket, bars cafes within 5 minutes walk. Childs play areas (zona verde) with 5 minutes walk.

Costa Blanca enjoys sunshine for most of the year round and manages to maintain high temperatures throughout the high season and both shoulder seasons.
It has been described as the healthy climate with its warm weather that can help holiday makers to enjoy every day of their holiday. With its two Salt Lakes offering rich minerals which help to produce a drying effect in the air , keeping the temperature down you can begin to feel healthier by the day.
The area still remains one of the greatest destinations for its lovely sandy beaches and wonderful attractions.
Alicante area
With its numerous lengthy, safe sandy white beaches and blue flag clearance with showers and ample parking, this is the perfect place to spend your holidays. Relax at the beach bars and restaurants while the children play in the safe designated areas.
There are four golf courses in the area, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor & La Finca within 20 minutes drive. Green fees start at around €55 (although please be sure to check this).
Two water parks (Aquopolis Torrevieja and Aqua-Park Ciudad Quesada) are within 20 minutes drive.
Torrevieja Go Karts are within 20 minutes drive.

PLEASE NOTE : This villa is 15 minutes inland from Guardamar beach, and is about 20 minutes drive from Torrevieja town.
The villa is 40 min from Alicante or Murcia airport. 20 min from Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Finca, Campoamor Golf.15 min from Beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar.15 min from Markets, night-life, shopping of Torrevieja. 20 min from Local Spanish villages with markets and festivals.

In addition to our weekly rental charge, there is a €50 charge for cleaning payable locally to our designated key holder and if you would like use of the air conditioning / heating then this will be charged additionally at £30 per week. Please indicate at the time of booking if you would require this. We also request that at the time of payment a cheque for £100 is sent as a security deposit to cover any damages and breakages, which is fully refundable subject to inspection of the property.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO VACATE THE VILLA BY 10.00AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE, AND THAT YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE VILLA PRIOR TO 2.00PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL IF THERE IS ALREADY A BOOKING IN PLACE AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST.

Review received July 2009 : "I thought that the the villa was fantastic, it has brilliant views of surrounding areas including the salt lake. The local supermarket "super value" is only a short walk away, and next to the supermarket there are three bars which have food and drinks served throughout the day. The nearest town Los Montesinos, had a market on the friday whilst we were out this was very locally infulenced. The beach at Torrevieja, was lovely to walk around with market stalls all the way up the promenade. There are restaurants and bars which are all open till the early hours of the morning. Although it is handy to hire a car it is cheap to get taxis to and from la Herrada. We had a brilliant 10 days as the weather was really hot and to cool off we only had to walk a couple of steps to the shared pool."
Review received in June 2009 : "Beautiful villa. Just what we were looking for a nice quiet break. The pool was lovely to cool down in the evening. Very friendly locals. Perfect if your looking for peace and quiet and if your not the bars and shops are a few minutes drive away. We will definitely be looking to book again later this year."
Review received in April 2009 : "First off, car is probably essential as you're that bit out of the main spots in Torrevieja. That said, plenty of local taxis available to drop us around the place. Only ten minutes walk into Los Montesinos village though, and a few decent bars there for watching matches etc. House was spotless, plenty of room and good comfort. We did have a problem with the tv, as it didnt pick up any british channels until the morning we were about to leave, but it was probably an occasional thing. Id have no problem recommendinng it to a friend."
Review received in August 2008: "The villa was easy to find thanks to the maps provided by the owners. It was located in a quiet area, although close enough to plenty of bars and restaurants in Los Montesinos. The villa was well furnished and finished to a high standard, including satellite tv for keeping up with the news back home. All in all we had no complaints regarding this property and would recommend it highly to anyone visiting the area."
