This beautifully furnished apartment, completed June 2006 is situated 20 minutes from Alicante airport, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the famous Bonalba golf course. This apartment is set in the serenity of the mountains but the coast line can been seen from the terrace. This 3 bedroomed apartment is fully furnished to a high specification with en suite, jacuzzi bath, internal piped music system to be operated with any one's personal MP3/Ipod player and Central Air Conditioning (hot and cold). The apartment complex has a swimming pool, tennis/volley ball court. This complex is secure via remote control electric main gate, with private covered parking to the rear of the property, all on 1 level (no stairs). Car is essential. El Campello and San Juan beaches are near by, with Benidorm a 30 minute drive where all amenities are available for all ages.

Alicante area
59 Gran Mirador is situated in the Rio Park Urbanisation, close to Mutxamel, San Juan and El Campello. This apartment is easily accessed from the Valencia/Alicante motorway, only 20 minutes from Alicante Airport. There is also direct access to/from the new access road to Alicante and the beach. There is a small private aerodrome within walking distance, where one can take coffee, refreshments, lunch or snacks whilst watching the day go by. Alicante City is only 8km and can be accessed via a train that runs between El Campello/San Juan straight into the Alicante Marina, making it easy for sight seeing in the City or taking boat trips to surrounding areas. This area is perfect for a relaxing holiday yet only 5 minutes by car to the beach, golf courses, restaurants and towns of San Jaun and Mutxamel.

Lots to do for all ages and interests. Cuevas de Canelobre - Caves with stalactites and stalagmites at Busot - well worth a visit. Elche - Picturesque Spanish town with a lovely church. Safari Park with free roaming lions. Benidorm - Mundomar Theme Park, wild life and exotic animals complete with dolphin show. Aqualandia, Giant water park. Terra Metica - Theme park with water world. El Campello (10 to 15 minute drive) has a small marina, superb long sandy beach which is clean and safe. It has an excellent promenade with restaurants, cafe bars and shops. A number of small coves can be found just north of Campello. San Juan (10 minute drive) also has a superb long sandy beach which is safe and clean. It also has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and cafe bars. Excellent for children. You can park your car at the beach front and take the train south to Alicante or north to El Campello, and change trains here for Calpe, Denia and Valencia.
Golf Information:
Bonalba Golf has a magnificent 18 hole par 72 course, measuring 6.364m from the back tees. The course nestles in the foot of the Sierra de Bonalba hills, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The facilities include a Golf Academy with qualified professional instructors, large driving range, putting greens, approach area and bunker practice greens. You can also hire pull trolleys, electric trolleys, buggies, clubs etc. The clubhouse has changing rooms with lockers, a restaurant and Pro Shop. Bonalba is open every day at 8am. The Bonalba Golf Club has an excellent pool area, super spa and water chute which you can use as a day guest, this is only a 5 minute drive away and is an excellent day out for all the family.

This is NOT optional and is payable with your final balance due 8 weeks prior to the commencement date. Payment methods - cheque, bank transfer. Notes on rental rates - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on initial booking to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the commencement date. If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking date then a full payment is required.
