Home description
The house is ideal for walking/cycling holidays as the surrounding areas are completely flat. The luxury pool is only shared with around 20 other villas.
This property is spacious and airy, with loads of day light making it feels really homely. It is furnished to a highest standard in a contemporary but cosy style, with a comfortable and luxury furnishing.
It is only a few minutes walk from 2 squares, both of which have a variety of bars and restaurants. There are 4 different beaches available within a short walking distance.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The southern Costa Blanca is a region of many contrasts, from the sparkling azure waters of the Mediterranean, to the rugged hill country, and mountains to be found just a few miles inland. In between you will find vast orchards of oranges, lemons, almonds, and pockets of verdant land where some of the best and most picturesque golf courses in Spain have been constructed.
Although this part of Spain has maintained its' local traditions and culture, with many spectacular festivals and processions taking place all year round, there is no shortage of modern amenities such as newly constructed hospitals, sports centres, and shopping outlets etc.
Alicante / Torre de la Horadada area
There are many clubs, and associations for newcomers to the area to join. From sailing schools, bicycle riding clubs, to bowling, and football, there is something here for everyone, not to mention the popular hobby of eating and drinking in the huge selection of tapas bars and restaurants to be found in the area.
An excellent three course menu of the day, including wine can be had in many establishments from as little as 6 Euros each!!
We are only a 15 minute drive from Torrevieja, where there are Hypermarkets and shops to browse at your leisure.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante (55 Kilometres) or Murcia (20 Kilometres). There are several cheap airlines which operate in and out of both San Javier and Alicante airports.Transport by car is available directly to the villa on request.
By car take the AP7 to Junction 770, sign posted Pilar de la Horadada.
