The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is blessed with more than 300 days of sunshine per year which makes it the ideal place to go for both summer and winter breaks.The beaches of Alicante, Benidorm or San Juan are all within a twenty minute drive. There are a number of golf courses within easy reach in the surrounding area, the internationally renowned Bonalba golf course being less than 15 minutes drive away.
For those who seek peace and tranquility, a visit to the mountain village of Guadalest with its amazing scenery and Elche, with its botanical gardens and palms, are worth a visit.
For the more adventurous, the Terra Mitica theme park (with its similarity to Disneyland) and Aqualandia water park are all within easy driving distance. Also on the edge of Benidorm is Mundomar - a marine and exotic animal park which includes dolphin and sealion shows.
Alicante area
El Campello is just to the north of Alicante & runs into San Juan, both having long, wide sandy beaches.
There are banks, excellent shops, restaurants and bars in El Campello and San Juan. There is also an internet cafe in El Campello. On a practical level there are several excellent supermarkets for food and household items within easy reach (eg Carrefour, LIDL, Aldi and Mercadonna). There is a street market on Wednesday in El Campello and on other days in surrounding towns.
Alicante itself has an an even wider range of designer shops, tapas bars and restaurants. The restaurants around the harbour in Alicante are renowned for their seafood.
Although not essential, a car does broaden the horizons. There is a bus service which runs along the N332 road, also a railway or tram which runs from Alicante to Denia.
Coveta Fuma is a coastal village, with its own small beaches, just a short drive or train journey from El Campello.There are a number of restaurants, bars, a supermarket & a local church all within walking distance of the villa.

By Air
Flights to Alicante are available from most airports in the UK. The villa is just 25 minutes from Alicante airport.
By Sea
There are regular cross-channel sailings to French ports. Road routes from there to Alicante may be easily obtained from the AA or RAC. Ferries also sail to Santander and Bilbao, in north-west Spain. Travelling this way, a much shorter road journey to the villa is involved, although the ferry crossing is more expensive.

Further details
1. The villa is not considered reserved until a deposit of £100 is received together with the enclosed official Booking Form. This deposit is non-returnable.
2. Full balance of rental plus damage/breakage deposit of £100 should be received by me eight weeks before departure. If this balance is not received by the required date, then the accommodation may be re-let and the deposit forfeited.
3. When bookings are made eight weeks or less before departure, then the full rental plus £100 damage/breakage deposit should be paid on booking.
4. The damage/breakage deposit is returned to the client when clearance has been received from La Coveta that the villa and its contents have been left undamaged, and the key has been returned to us.
