Home description

A comfortable, newly built house, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and downstairs cloackroom, sun patio and balconies. Communal swimming pool.
Sleeps up to 8. The house is 10 minutes walk from the beach, and there are golf courses within 10 km.
The house is situated in the pleasant traditional mediterranean village of Torre de la Horadada with its excellent blue flag beaches. Its tree-lined promenade makes for enjoyable strolls.
Other coastal walks are also accessible from Torre.
The house and location make it suitable for holidays for families, couples or small groups in search of relaxation.
There is a well stocked supermarket very close, and a variety of restaurants, bars and heladerias nearby, both at the centre of the village, and at the pleasant cluster of establishments around a courtyard that make up the Pueblo Latino.

It is accessible from Murcia Airport (12 Km) and Alicante Airport ( 60 Km).

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Torre De La Horradada is one of the most delightful and unspoilt parts of Spain. Situated along the Mediterranean Sea it boasts approximately 350 days of sunshine per year. Alicante / Torre de la Horadada area

Torre de la Horadada. A nicely located village, it has a traditional Spanish feel, and caters well for visitors. Torre de la Horadada is situated north of The Mar Menor, just 12 kilometres from Murcia (San Javier) Airport , 60 km from Alicante Airport and 18 kilometres south of the lively resort of Torrevieja, on the edge of The Mediterranean.

It is located on the southern end of the Province of Alicante, on the border with province of Murcia. There are approximately 2.5 miles of well kept, blue flag beaches that belong to this municipality.

These are: • Playa de las Mil Palmeras • Playa del Río • Playa del Gato • Playa de los Jesuítas-Cala Rincón • Playa del Conde o del Cuartel • Playa del Puerto • Playa de las Villas • Playa de las Higuericas • Playa del Mojón As well as beaches, there are golf courses nearby. There are pleasant walks, both coast side, and on the hills in the region.

Facilities at all of the courses are excellent, with bars restaurants and showers available to visitors and prices for individual rounds or, if preferred weekly tickets, are reasonable. Professional shops are well stocked and friendly, some of the courses have separate driving ranges and all offer tuition. Courses are as follows: Villa Martin, a high quality 18 hole course which hosted the 1994 Mediterranean open. Campoamor, again a quality parkland 18 hole course near the sea. Las Ramblas, 18 holes and a good test for competent golfers. La Marquesa, north of Torrevieja and set in a valley, fairly flat and probably the easier of the four. La Finca, situated near Algorfa, this is a long, testing and beautiful course. It's more expensive than the other courses in the area but for serious golfers a must. La Manga, one of the largest and best equipped golf complexes in Europe. All the facilities you could wish for and was the qualifier for the European PGA tour.
