The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Alicante is placed in the east coast of Spain. The Costa Blanca is well known for it´s fantastic climate, it´s beautiful white beaches and crystal clear waters. Enjoy miles of sandy coves and palm fringed beaches or the towns and villages that stretch along the coastline with a seemingly endless variety of colourful, markets, shops, restaurants, fishing harbours and marinas. Alicante, just a short journey away, is a thriving cosmopolitan city with a grand historic centre, and fantastic Blue Flag beaches. The harbour oozes with bars, restaurants and café's, it's a great place to while away the day, sipping sangria and watching the boats coming and going.There is a bus and train stop 5 minutes walk from the apartment that takes you to near cities like BENIDORM (a cosmopolitan city just twentyfive minutes away) or ALTEA (a bohemian village just fourty minutes drive or train).

Alicante area

The apartment is located in the area of "La Albufereta" in the same city of Alicante. La Albufereta is a quiet place close to the sea where you can find all services which you may need. The apartment lies in front of the sea and close to some small beaches. You can also find near the beaches of San Juan, Campello, Postiguet which are, without any doubt, some of the best on the Costa Blanca. The beaches are not the only attraction the area has to offer, as inaddition there is the History Museum (MARQ) or Santa Barbara´s Castle. There is also a 18 holes golf course of international prestige just 15 minutes away by train from the apartment.

With easy access to Alicante city and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas (abundance of night life, dinner shows, bars and restaurants, shopping malls, fishing, diving, water sports...). As you would expect also has pharmacies, banks (all with cash machines), bakers, (ice cream parlours, internet café, hairdressers, petrol station.

Less than 40 minutes by car is the exciting Terra Mitica theme park just outside Benidorm. Also for children at Benidorm is the superb water park Aqualandia which is next to Mundomar the sea life centre.

How to get there

Fly to Alicante airport of El Altet where you may take a local taxi (always available at the airport) or ciy bus to the apartment, wich is 30 minutes drive aprox. There is also a city train stop 5 minutes walk to the apartment. Its name is "La Isleta".

When you book the apartment, you will need to pay the 25% of the total amount in advance as a deposit to secure booking. Then, when you arrive, you will have to pay the other 75% of the total plus €150 security deposit take on all bookings. The security deposit will be given back to you at the end of the rental period. Before begining the rental period, we will sign a renting contract with all the conditions. We will send you in advance by e mail the contract before you pay the 25% of booking concept. You must add 50€ to the prices listed up for end-cleaning. Week to include New Year holiday or Easter please add 150€.
