This newly built first floor apartment is on the modern Puerto Marino development – 10 minute drive from Alicante airport. It benefits from a large, stunning solarium, perfect for sunbathing and eating al fresco for a quiet relaxing holiday. The shared pool and children’s play area is almost directly opposite the apartment and the local supermarkets, shops and selection of restaurants/bars are only a 2 minute walk away.
The local unspoilt, safe, sandy beach of Playa Arenales can be reached in 5 minutes by car. From here you can explore the local nature reserve or take a walk along the promenade to the small town of Arenales for a coffee or beer.
The apartment has twin beds and ceiling fans in both bedrooms with extra sleeping on the bed settee in the lounge. From the door of the fully fitted kitchen, a metal spiral staircase leads to the solarium where there are sun beds, patio table and chairs and gas barbeque. There is also a breakfast balcony at the front of the apartment which looks across to the pool.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca with its beautiful beaches and the healthiest climate in Europe, attracts millions of tourists every year. The region starts in the north with the towns of Denia and Javea, going down to Guadamar and Torrevieja in the south. It includes wonderful cities like Elche, the palm tree capital of the world, and Alicante the principal city of the province. Alicante itself has theatres, a vast array of restaurants, bars and nightclubs, pleasant shopping streets and, of course, the Esplanada d’Espana and the impressive Castillo de Santa Barbara.
Alicante area
Gran Alacant is only a few minutes drive south from Alicante and the international airport, making it a very popular resort town. There are numerous sandy beaches along the coast, perfect for sunbathing, relaxation or fishing and there is a selection of golf courses all within a 20 minute drive.
The local beach of Los Arenales del Sol is cleaned daily and backs onto miles of sand dunes - a variety of bars and restaurants are close by. During the spring and summer months, water sports of all types are available from the beach.
There are many places to visit from Gran Alacant, Santa Pola being the nearest town with its impressive castle and fortress dating from the 16th century. It is also a vibrant fishing port and the Saturday market is full of bargains. The natural park of Las Salinas is nearby, an area which includes salt flats and resident Flamingos. Further inland is the town of Elche with its numerous palm gardens and shoe factory outlets. Further down the coast is la Marina, Guardamar and Torrevieja which has one of the biggest water parks on the Costa Blanca.
Less than an hour away, in Benidorm, is Aqulandia one of Spain’s largest water parks. Benidorm is also home to a marine and exotic animal park, Mundomar, and Tierra Mitica, Spain’s equivalent of Alton Towers.

Further details indoors: There is a table and chairs in the dining area and seating for up to six in the lounge. Bedroom one has a built in wardrobe with drawers, mirror and a bedside cabinet. Bedroom two has a bedside cabinet and a travel cot. Bathroom – Tiles with bath and shower, WC, bidet and vanity unit.
Further details outdoors: The balcony has a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast or that evening glass of wine. A lockable safety gate is located at the top of the steps leading to the apartment. There is a private and secure car parking space adjacent to the apartment. Access to the shared swimming pool and play area by security key only. We cannot guarantee that the swimming pool will be open 52 weeks of the year; there are times when it has to be closed for maintenance (normally during the winter months).
Further details
A radio-control fob is available within the apartment. This opens the security gate and should be left in the apartment at the end of your stay.

Conditions
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. For late bookings, full payment is required at time of booking.
A payment of 60 euros is required when given keys by property manager on arrival for cleaning etc.
A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required and is payable when you make full payment for your holiday.
Please leave the apartment as you would expect to find it – clean, tidy, and empty if rubbish and perishable foods. Please clean the BBQ if you use it. Lock all the doors and pull down the shutters. Lock the kitchen and front door grills and the gate to the balcony.
