About the home

A three bedroom villa with private swimming pool. The front door leads to the lounge with through dining area leading to a fully equipped kitchen. The property also features air conditioning cooling and heating system. The upstairs double bedroom has en-suite bathroom which leads onto the solarium. Downstairs is the second bedroom with twin single beds and en-suite bathroom. At the rear is the third bedroom with twin single beds and the shower room.

This well eqipped property is tastefully decorated throughout with all you will need for a relaxing holiday to soak up the sun.

The property features a small private pool with side terrace for off street parking. There is a terraced area off the upstairs bedroom for sunbathing the loungers available. Table and chairs and parasol also for outside dining. Swimming pool has a gate that slots into place to secure it from any little ones playing in the garden area. To the rear of the property there is a storage area housing all of the outside garden furniture and a stone built BBQ area.

A 25 % deposit is required to secure your booking with the remainder paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

The only other funds to be paid is a refundable damage deposit of 150 Euro which is returned on departure providing no breakages occur.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Middle of Vinalopó and only 20km from Alicante City, Monforte del Cid offers its visitors the chance to enjoy nature in one of the most traditional pilgrims' spots on the Costa Blanca, the hermitage of Saint Pascual Bailón. Different alternatives to rural, residential and golf tourism are emerging vigorously around it. The population of Montforte del Cid is about 5,500 inhabitants. Its situation helps to create an excellent microclimate in order to grow dessert grapes and rural tourism in the future.

In its district there are the remains of ancient civilizations, standing out the Iberian Bull displayed in the museum together with other objects and remains of a big Roman. The medieval old part of the city stands out. It is formed by an ancient Moslem quarter (14th Century), and the Christian area. Both areas have on their facades the tradition of Manises school's religious tile industry, with pieces from 17th to 20th century. The gothic parish church (15th century), where was christened the famous and wise mathematician born in Monforte Jorge Juan y Santacilia who was a member of the London Royal Society (1713-1773). The popular country house in Orito (an historic-ecological and tourism group). Orito Virgin and Saint Pascual bath-houses inn-hotel and mineral medicinal spring water.

Finally, the Nature Reserve, Sierra Eagles, at the foot of which invites you to make camp, to walk, to ride... It has a good motorway communications to the airport, railway and seaport. It has also a traditional industry, the distillation of aniseed liqueur. Besides the residential areas of Alenda Golf, Orito and the Old Part of the City, there are plenty of festivals of which Moors and Christian festivals stand out.

Aqualandia is a huge water amusement park for both adults and children situated on the west side of Benidorm against a hill near Mundomar and Benidorm Palace. There are several budget airlines flying to the local airport of Alicante. It is a 15 minute drive from the airport to Montecid Urbanisation. Car hire can be arranged if necessary. We also offer meeting you at the airport if this is preferred.

Directions on leaving the airport are follow the signs for the Motorway Autovia A7 Valencia7Murcia. This takes you out of the airport heading inland away from the sea. When joining the motorway head for Murcia. You will pass a service station on the righthand side, continue until you see the turn off for Monforte del Cid. Take this exit, it is the first exit off the motorway after joining it. This will take you onto a new Motorway, stay on this road until you see a slip road off for Alicante. You will see the Alenda Golf course urbanisation infront of you as you take the slip road off. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit off for Alicante. This takes you onto the A31 Autovia heading back into Alicante. Take the first exit off this road sign posted La Alcoraya. At the roundabout take the first exit and you are at Montecid Residential.
