About the home

Perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Large luxury air conditioned villa with pool, gym, in an acre of secure private garden. All modern facilities including satellite television and 1000 videos. Built on one level it offers extensive accommodation. All bedrooms are en-suite with televion/video players. CD players, and hair dryers. Within the grounds a children’s play area with swings, slides, little tikesplay house, little tikes car, table tennis, sandpit, 14ft trampoline, boule pitch. Outdoor giant chess area. Cots, highchairs included in the price and a large selection of baby equipment and children’s toys are on the premises

There are DVD’s, Music CD’s talking books, board games and novels on the premises. The private swimming pool is larger than average ,10 meters by 4 meters with a large sunbathing area and bamboo gazebo. There is also a separate children's paddling pool with fountain. The trampoline has a safety net. We also have table football. A small pool table. Darts. Giant outdoor snakes and ladders. Giant twister and many tikes, prams and sit and ride toys for the children.

Although large the garden is completely enclosed with high walls and fences, making it very private and safe for children. The gardens are planted with tropical plants, colourful flowers and a variety of fruit trees. Shaded sitting areas and hammocks are dotted about. At night, garden and pool lights add to that relaxing feel. Additional garden games include, giant twister and giant snakes and ladders.

Conditions

A welcome pack will by provided for your arrival. Arrival after 3pm. Departure no later than 10am please to allow time to prepare the villa for new arrivals.
Deposit to secure booking – 20% (non refundable) Any booking made within eight weeks of the start date then payment in full is required at the time of booking. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

Refundable damage deposit of £100 to be paid upon arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your holiday less any damage deductions. Cleaning after departure is included in the price listed.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The villa is ideally situated a 3 minute drive from the town of Mutxamel. All facilities are only a 10 minute drive, including the beautiful beach of El Campello with its numerous restaurants and bars. Fifteen minutes from Alicante. Twenty-five minutes from Benidorm with its exciting night life, theme and water parks including Terra Mitica. The largest theme park on the Mediterranean Bonalba golf course is 5 minutes away

The Alicante area

Campello is a charming Spanish Town. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and water activities. It also boasts one of the best beaches in the area. San Juan, Altea, Calpe, Alicante and Benidorm are all within easy reach.

Guestbook for Large luxury villa in Alicante

We travelled to this Villa in April 2009. It is without doubt the best villa anyone in our party of 10 (aging 16-54) people had stayed in. Not so much a villa as a private hotel complex, it has something for everyone We had friends who visited with small children ( aged 3-8) and the best thing was that as the villa is completely gated off you do not have to worry about them getting onto the road and Sue also had provided so many children's toys it is impossible for them to get bored. If anyone is undecided about staying in this villa i would say do not hestitate what you see is what you get and with hidden extras. The location is fantastic for places like Benidorm and the theme park Terra Mitica. Thanks Sue for lending us your beautiful home. The Stewards.

We want to thank you Sue for a very enjoyable holiday spent at your lovely, clean, spacious villa. The villa and the holiday exceeded all our expectations. There were so many activities to do and toys to play with on site that it was unnecessary to seek out further play areas except the beach. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and were all very impressed with the villa, its facilities and its location. It was ideal for our little girl - she's just 2 and loved all the toys and play area. She was also a big fan of the musical potty! We had a fabulous time. The villa was even better than we could have imagined and the pictures didn't do it justice. There was so much space, everyone could have their 'alone' time if they needed but there was plenty of room for when we did want to get together.The welcome basket again was more than generous, and the kids got to enjoy some forgotten classics from your video collection. That was another great thing that the villa was

We have recently returned from a four week stay, our kids, 20,18,6 and 3 enjoyed every minute.
We loved it so much we have instantly booked up for next year. It’s in a nice small estate of about 5-7 villas, very safe and secluded. You only need to leave to replenish food and drink.
The pool is well lit at night and seating and loungers a plenty. There are little areas in the gardens to hide, chill out and relax no matter how many people are there. Enough toys and games for a small school, in fact we thought sue should set up a creche!!
The best place we have ever found, we will be back every year, unless we buy the villa next door!! Anna and Philip Taylor

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks in June and it was absolutely perfect. Travelling with 6 adults and 7 children 5 of them being two and under. We were anxious about how the younger children would cope but the villa had every baby item we could ever need and more. The villa is very private and once you're there you feel as if you are in your own world. The villa has everything indoors and outdoors to please everyone and keep children amused from books dvds, trikes, cars and dolls the selection of toys was amazing. John from Ireland

We have just returned from our second family holiday at this villa and once again we all had a fantastic time. The indoor and outdoor games especially the trampoline were enjoyed by the children and just as much by the adults. It was the first time we had taken our Six Month old baby away, the facilities and range of equipment available for her were outstanding you really do not need to take anything with you, everything is already there. My family are already talking about "next time" we go . Stub Lancashire.

This villa is exactly as the description describes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with children as there is so much space and things to keep them occupied safely within the grounds. The beach at Saint Joan was quiet and the beach at El Campello more lively - both good beaches. Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqua Natura were all worthwhile parks. Guadalest is well worth a drive too. The immediate local area could do with a shop perhaps as the only thing within walking distance is Las Olivas Restaurant (a friendly british owned restaurant with pool). Thanks for a great holiday!
